Adorable, recently renovated home in town with a 3 block walk to the beach! Sleeps 10. Spacious backyard. Grill provided. Front porch (partially enclosed). Three bedrooms/1.5 bath - Main bath has a shower and a separate tub. Take advantage of the close proximity to downtown restaurants and shopping. Stop at House of Flavors for amazing ice cream. Take a hike on one of the many trails at the Ludington State Park. Watch The Badger come in at sunset. Walk the pier to the lighthouse. Watch the incredible sunsets from Stearns Beach! Have a picnic at one of the city parks or water spray park. So many things to do...a week won’t be enough!

Father’s Birthday

Everything went very well. Nice spacious home and easy access to downtown. Neighbors are wonderful and even offered us elephant ears as they were testing a new fryer. Host was attentive and made it a very easy experience for the first time trying this. Will definitely visit again!

Great house, size & location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Having a separate gaming area was nice with two sons who game. The foosball table battles were epic! The living room is very nice sized. The house definitely has room for people to spread out! Between the front porch, enclosed & not, back yard, large living room, dinning room, 3 bedrooms & the basement love it! Having two bathrooms is a real perk! We enjoyed the bath as well. Thinking of families with young kids & beach days is t would really come in handy. We look forward to returning!!!

Off season stay

We loved this house. Mark is so kind and easy to communicate with. The neighbors are great. We were here during a winter storm and one of the neighbors kept the sidewalk and walkway cleared which was very appreciated. Unfortunately our visit to Ludington was under not so great circumstances and we were in and out often, we were so grateful to come back and relax in a cozy home. We highly recommend!

Sweet House

It was a very cold off season stay, but the house met the match. We enjoyed the period details (early 1900's) along with the modern updates. Handy to have streaming available with large TV (no beach or swimming that time of year). Matt was responsive to us from start to finish.

Fall getaway

It was a very nice crisp October week. Some of the stores in town are only open a few days a week. The property was absolutely awesome and so was the owner of the property who was so helpful with things to do and the amenities on his property. Will hopefully get a chance to stay again

New favorite staycation spot!

This house was close to fun downtown shops and restaurants. It was also a five minute drive from Stix and close to some beautiful Lake Michigan beaches. The house itself was stocked with everything you would want while away from home, the backyard was roomy and perfect to hang out and have coffee while the kids ran around and played. The front porch and living spaces were cozy. Everything was clean and we can’t wait to book with Mark again! He was a lovely host and had great recommendations for the area 😊

In town for a wedding

Perfect location for us. The property was great. Owner did a great job communicating and in a very timely manner. Our stay could not have been better. We will certainly use again if in the area.

Great experience

Very charming house, very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Everything worked as it should. Back yard was very nice and enjoyable, we even had some deer walk through. Communication with manager was excellent, he went above and beyond.

Awesome

This place was great. It's a very cute house, in a very cute neighborhood. You can't really tell from the listing, but the backyard is also really nice -- we spent a lot of time hanging out back there. Mark was also very attentive and helpful (thank you!). We're hoping we'll be able to make it back here most every summer.

Beautiful house, great location

The house is beautiful, very comfortable! The front porch and framed in portion of front porch were so comfy inviting. Mark was absolutely fabulous with communication and ease of check in process. Always available and response times were very quick! The house is on a very quiet street which is so nice in the morning and evening after a long day around crowds. Very walkable to beach and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!!

First Time on Lake Michigan

This was our first time vacationing on Lake Michigan and it was excellent! Communication with the host Mark was very prompt. And since we didn’t know much about the area Mark provided us a full suggested itinerary! We are a family of 6 with kids ranging 8 through 2. The house was clean and furnished well. We didn’t need anything. The older kids also enjoyed the foosball in the basement. The house is in an excellent neighborhood, a short walk to Stearns park/beach and to the restaurants in the harbor area to the south. While we could have walked we drove to both these places since parking is also plentiful and with a compliment of 4 younger kids this was just easiest for us. Sunset was around 10pm and definitely worth keeping our kids up for but walking home way past their bedtimes would’ve been difficult. We are Atlantic Ocean beach people but this trip definitely made us decide to come back to peaceful Ludington again for vacation soon. And when we do we would definitely stay at this house again.

Perfect House & Perfect Location

The property was spotless, which is a must for me, the front porch was the perfect place to spend a morning, or afternoon, or evening for that matter. So close to the water, it made it easy to go to watch the sunset over the lake. The owner was very easy to deal with, so much so that I would stay here again in the future. Overall a perfect place to spend a few days.

Excellent place to stay!

The house was clean, comfortable, and contained all listed amenities. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to the downtown area and the beach quickly, the neighborhood was nice, and it wasn't difficult to find.

Phenomenal time!

This property was amazing! Very cozy and had everything you could possibly need available including blankets, pillows, games, utensils, plates/cups, etc. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this location and this host. He was very friendly and very helpful when we asked for recommendations.

Ludington Stay

Make sure if you want people to start a load of laundry before they leave that you put it in with the check in instructions. Not great to find out that you want it done after the guys leave. It was an inconvenience to have to come back to do that. Thanks

Great stay

Had a quick stay with just my son. Had everything we needed(kitchen, internet, space, entertainment, etc.). Also, very well positioned in town. I’ve not done a ton of these, but Mark was the most responsive host that i can remember. Would definitely return with the full family.
