Janet was so fast to respond to any questions I may have had! The sunsets were amazing and watching the dolphins and manatees in the morning was wonderful! Would stay there again if she’ll have us!!

The View

We loved our stay in Hudson! The view was incredible! We saw dolphins daily. We loved the beach bar/restaurants in the area. Janet responded to our questions in a very timely manner. Would definately stay there again.

Another Wonderful Vacation

We have stayed at Gulf Island many times, and this was the second stay at this condo unit. The condo complex is well situated with beautiful views of the Gulf and well maintained grounds and pool area. The condo unit itself is very comfortable and well equipped, and Janet the host is great. She is very responsive and only a phone call or text away if needed. Will definitely book again and recommend it to others.

Great view

It was different from the Florida I've been to. I was pleasantly surprised by the view from the balcony, watching all the different fishing boats and pleasure boats. I really enjoyed it there

A winner!

This large condo had a lovely view of the Gulf, was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and well supplied with all we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Contacts with the owner were delightful! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Views!

We had an amazing time in Hudson! Our condo was beautiful and well kept. Janet was an amazing hostess and communicated with us well in advance about work being done to the bathroom that was finished during our stay. The views from the condo are absolutely amazing! We were even given an awesome dolphin show in the bay outside of the condo! We are already talking about coming back!

Vacation getaway

The condo was very nice and well equipped. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Pictures do not do it justice. Janet is very kind and great to work with. She is quick to respond to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful condo

The property was very well kept. It was beautiful and clean. We appreciated that everything was as Janet said it was. We were in Florida to see our new granddaughter and we were about 5 minutes away at the condo. The guards at the gate were very friendly. The pool was great and my husband enjoyed it. The view was wonderful. Most nights my husband and I sat on the balcony and ate dinner. We had a couple of questions for Janet and she was always quick to respond. She is great to deal with and as my husband said as we left "I can see us staying here again".

Summer vacation

Beautiful view from the 8th floor!! Janet was excellent as the condo manager, always accessible for any questions. Great condo location, near the elevators and garbage disposal. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Nice condo

Nice condo with a small private beach and pool. Excellent location to explore the forgotton coast of florida. Wonderful deep sea fishing in tarpon springs aboard the sundance2.

A small piece of heaven

We opened the door to our unit and went straight to the balcony to see the amazing view of the gulf. Every day the dolphins could be seen right from our room. No need to bring anything from home because the unit had it all, , even coffee and a few cooking supplies. All was very clean. Blow dryers in both bathrooms, beach supplies, beach towels. Hudson beach is nearby and the dolphins also showed up there every afternoon. You must try Sams restaurant at howard beach. Great pizza and drinks. Our Host Janet is lovely. Check in and check out couldnt be more simple. Parking is easy too. Sorry we didnt stay longer here and will surely be back next year.

Hurricane getaway!

We were able to go to our favorite places such as Springhill, Tarpon, and Port Richey. Weather was perfect until a tropical storm came along and became a hurricane so we left a little early. I will miss that beautiful view from the balcony. Thanks so much.

Exactly as pictured. Great quick communication. Instructions accurate. well stocked. comfortable beds and other furniture. clean. this was by far the best VRBO I've ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend. Don't hesitate to stay here. I will be back. Sunsets amazing, and saw 4 dolphins. pool was usually empty. The local residents were very nice and helpful also.

Family vacation

Loved the condo and property. Quiet and very well taken care of. The private beach isn’t kept up very well. Can’t swim there. Loved the view from the balcony. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice 2 Bedroom overlooking the Gulf. Great views of sunrise & sunsets 🌅

Very nice place. Clean and well stocked with everything. The owners communicated with us very well. Hudson is a more quiet area and we liked that. We will stay again .

Wonderful Getaway

We had another great vacation at Gulf Island. The condo complex itself is perfectly situated with amenities like heated pool, lagoon and trail, and great views of the Gulf. Janet, our host for this trip, has a well-equipped, comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. Janet was readily available for any questions. Would certainly book with Janet again.

Very Relaxing Stay

This property is wonderful! The views are spectacular and my husband and I were very surprised at how spacious the condo is. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The owner is very easy to communicate with and responds to any questions right away. I was very pleased that a washer and dryer are right there in the condo. I really liked using the room off the entrance for reading and using the phone, the entire complex is very nice and secure. Hudson is a nice, quiet location, but near to shopping and restaurants. We are looking forward to returning.
