Rock in Share - Suite "Comme à Venise"

You will stay in an apartment offering an exceptional view of the theater, ideally located in the heart of the city center and near Metz Cathedral. The “Comme à Venise” Suite is undeniably the ideal place to watch the sunset over the theater. Its central location places you just a 5-minute walk from the main squares of Metz and around a twenty-minute walk from the Metz train station, as well as the city's major tourist and commercial sites.

During your stay in the “Comme à Venise” suite, you will have a reserved parking space at the “Théâtre-Comédie Parking”. All the necessary information will be provided to you on the day of your arrival via a house guide.

Although located on the ground floor, the apartment offers a peaceful and luxurious experience. The windows have been specially designed to guarantee privacy and tranquility, with the addition of opaque curtains. The warm decoration, designed by an interior designer, creates an atmosphere of luxury, and the two rooms have been furnished like opera boxes, aiming to get as close as possible to the quality of a luxury hotel. The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a carefree stay, benefiting from a 4* rating. The view from the apartment is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Metz. You can enjoy the benefits of the city center while staying in a quiet and comfortable apartment.

The two bedrooms can be configured according to your preferences with either a 180 cm king size bed or two 90 cm single beds. Beds are made on arrival. For added flexibility, a high-end 160cm queen size sofa bed allows one or two additional people to sleep in the living room.

Physical arrival at the premises is possible from 4 p.m., and departure must be made no later than 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. Arrival is self-guided, with all necessary information provided in our house guide emailed after booking confirmation.

Nice & comfy but bath needs renovation

Nice location, perfectly close to city. Well equipped. Nice design. A small BUT: After showering the bath gets flooded since the sink does not work properly. The shower has thick mould in the corners at the bottom.

Metz

The property was fine but is adjacent to a public thoroughfare and commercial businesses. Had to keep curtains drawn much of the time which detracts from the view over the river. Check in process was a bit convoluted and only place we found requesting a credit card details for cover. Benchmarking against other properties we stayed at on our travels we found this relatively expensive. Location excellent with proximity to historic areas and car parking available close by.

Think twice...then think again

From having received the wrong internet connection to the fact that the hosts are not reachable except for some limited hours during the week (never on weekends), this was a most disappointing stay. (We have stayed in many VRBO properties in Europe and in the US -- we have never had such an unsatisfactory stay. We even left early and have been promised a refund, which is yet to appear. The "living room" futon is not usable as the pillows continually slip off the base. When the power went out (not their fault) we could not reach the hosts until the next morning then were scolded for emailing them more than once. Not ready for guests. Think twice.

Appartement extrémement bien situé au centre ville sans aucune nuisance sonore et le parking réservé à proximité est un plus trés appréciable. Appartement trés bien aménagé avec une literie super confortable. Mais il est regrettable que le canapé du salon soit trop petit pour 4 personnes et soit totalement inutilisable ( les assises glissent constamment ! ). L 'équipe de Roch in Share a été remarquable pour sa réactivité, son écoute et son professionnalisme. Je recommande .

Pause près du Théâtre

Appartement facile d’accès, agréable et propre, localisation très pratique avec un grand choix de commerces tout autour de soi en quelques minutes à pieds ou en navette. La place de la Comédie juste en face, l’architecture, les décorations florales… sont un enchantement qui invite à la rêverie.
