It is functional and full-equipped.
Large and comfortable full-equipped and renovated 5-bedroom house in a village in the urban community of "Pays de Meaux" (77), quiet and secure with a CCTV camera.
Barely 4 km from the city center of Meaux (town hall, train station, university, shops, cathedral, etc.)
30 mins. up to Paris East and 30 min. up to Paris CDG airport.
Very spacious, warm and comfortable place.
► Station = 5 min.
► Disneyland Paris Marne-la-Vallée = 17 min.
► “Les saisons de Meaux” shopping center = 5 min.
► Cathedral of Meaux = 7 min.
► Museum of the Great War = 5 min.
► House of Brie de Meaux = 6 min.
► Canal de l'Ourcq = 12 min.
► Esbly Meaux airfield / Flight school = 8 min.
