Nestled in greenery, with no screw has screw, in the heart of the Valcros Estate, just steps away from the golf course, this beautiful villa opens its doors for a dream vacation in Var with family or friends. Enjoy tranquility and the sweet art of living, relax by the splendid heated pool, and take advantage of several terraces to enjoy the gentle summer evenings.
This type 5 villa accommodates 8 people, facing south, with panoramic sea views, a heated pool, and a double garage, offering complete privacy on the Valcros Estate in La Londe-les-Maures.
Access to the house is via a driveway; a double garage is at your disposal. On the same level, you will find an entrance hall and a first bedroom with 2 twin beds (90200 cm), and a staircase leading to the garden level: a bright and spacious living area with a approximately 36 sqm living room, followed by a dining area and an open-plan fitted kitchen; all opening onto the terraces and the pool. A master suite with a double bed (2 twin beds 90*200), a beautiful bathroom (shower + bathtub and toilet), and a dressing room. Two other bedrooms with double beds (twin beds 90*200) share a shower room with toilet, and there is an additional separate toilet. Stunning sea views from all rooms.
Numerous terraces with different atmospheres, from contemporary to Provencal, add a lot of character to this recent and very pleasant-to-live-in villa. The pool (9x4M) is heated and maintained at 25 degrees/celsius, secured by a cover, and treated with salt. Regular weekly maintenance is included.
