This house is located in beautiful Palo Verde Shores - a quiet community in the Chaparral Country Club area.

Gorgeous fully furnished 3 bedrooms - 2 bath House - Master bedroom includes a King Size Bed, Walk-in Closet, Master Bath and TV with Cable.

Bedroom 2 has a Bunk Bed with a Full and 2 Twin Beds. There is a TV but no cable.

Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed and TV with Cable.

The 2nd bathroom is between Bedrooms 2 and 3 for equal access to freshen up.

All rooms have ceiling fans and LED recessed lighting.

Our fully furnished home offers an open floor plan with easy flow from the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The beautiful living room has a 55-inch TV with Cable to relax after a long day of boating, water crafts, beaching, or offroading.

High-Speed Wi-Fi is provided!

There is parking available in the driveway and plenty of street parking in front of the house for your boat/watercraft/trailer. There is NO ACCESS to the Garage.

There is a STRICT MAXIMUM 10 Adult occupancy as stated above! We will charge an additional $25 fee for each guest per night, over the amount of 10 Adults.

Fully furnished kitchen includes - Keurig Coffee Maker, pots/pans, bakeware, crockpot, toaster, utensils, etc. Lovely Dining Table that seats 6, as well as the kitchen counter/bar that has 4 chairs.

This home is equipped with Central A/C and Heat as well as a soft water softener. We ask that you keep the AC temp at 73 degrees unless otherwise discussed.

Enjoy the relaxing backyard oasis after a long day of boating or off-roading - Patio Furniture, Charcoal BBQ, and an Outside Gas Fire Pit.

A very short walk to Walmart for groceries, snacks, or anything you forgot!
