Located on beautiful Lake Sinclair. This 2 story, 2000 square feet home is ideal for for multi-family fun vacation. House equipped with upper and lower bedrooms and fully equipped kitchens. House will sleep 12 people confortably with 3 bedrooms and 3 sofa sleepers.Private parking, fenced in front and back yards,2 boat slips and over 300 feet of lake front footage. Beautiful sunsets from the upper and lower decks.

Spring Break

Our stay at the Lake House was wonderful! The house had everything we needed plus more. We are already looking forward to our next trip back!

Lake Vacation

This is an excellent home for a vacation with family or friends! The full kitchen upstairs and downstairs is great and the view of the lake is amazing! Everything is right at your fingertips and the owners are so accommodating! This was our second time vacationing here and we will be returning!

wonderful recharge

It was a great stay. This is one of many stays and many more to come. I can't say enough about the cleanliness, comfort, everything. Hosts are special people and take care of their quests.

Thanksgiving Trip

We absolutely loved this property. We always try to rent where our dogs can roam in a large fenced-in property so we do not have to worry about them 24/7. The grounds were so well maintained. They did not want to leave and neither did we as I cannot say enough good things about this place to do it justice. A spacious home with fantastic hosts and we were very lucky to get to spend our Holidays here. I will return as much as they will have us.

The lake house

Perfect and beautiful. Again, I would recommend this beautiful house on awake to anyone that wants to have a peaceful, relaxing, quiet time extremely clean it contains anything you could imagine in terms of kitchen items bedrooms I could go on or on. I am just extremely satisfied. The owners are fantastic people and extremely understanding. Definitely a five star!!

We enjoyed our stay at lake Sinclair. We were off of the main Channel. This allowed quieter time.

Quiet and relaxing

We had a quiet and relaxing stay. We loved the fenced yard for the dogs, all linens and towels were provided, kitchen had everything we needed. Note: no wifi and check out time is different than online listing.

Wonderful Home on the Lake

Great Home with an awesome location on Lake Sin Clair. Will definitely like to come here again with the family. Kids loved swimming off the dock and I enjoyed being able to tie off my pontoon boat there as well. The best part for us was honestly as soon as we walked inside the house and saw the view.

Family Vacation at Sinclair

Very Clean & spacious. The View of lake is awesome. Fully stocked with everything you need. Very large fenced in yard & great dock with bumper pads that protected our boat. We will definitely recommend this lake home & look forward to coming back.

The property is the best we have ever visited. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchens (both) are extremely well stocked with equipment and everything you could possibly need. The view is outstanding. The hosts are very courteous, honest, and caring. I would stay again...and again.

Amazing View

A wonderful view and lake house. Host were very accommodating, nice and let us in a day early. Many memories were made here. This Lake House will be forever in our hearts as the setting for my daughters proposal. Having 2 kitchens was perfect for cooking our Thanksgiving Dinner. Hope to be back some time next year.

Fantastic place to stay wonderful owners.

We are beyond pleased by this property, extremely clean, well kept and beautiful. The owners were always available. If need be, they went overboard to make sure are staying at their place was the best it could be. We had to evacuate during the Hurricane only five days after my mother passed away.. I would give this property a 10 if there was a score that high I can’t wait to go back there and visit again. We never felt so welcome with all the personal attention, cleanliness and the availability of all appliances that worked beautifully. I want to thank the owners again for all they did for us if you’re looking for a property that’s exceptional. This would be the one. !

Amazing vacation!

My family and I had a fantastic time! The house was perfect for the 6 of us and can easily sleep more. The owner was very quick to respond, super friendly, and willing to help with anything if we needed. We did not need a thing, the house is set up perfectly. For us pulling a boat, the driveway is easy to maneuver and get in an out with a trailer. The walk to the dock is sloped well and not too steep. The dock itself is nice with bumpers installed to protect your boat and nice tie downs. Oh and the swimming area is very nice, no grass or muck around the dock. All in all it was a 5 star stay for us, I highly recommend.
