*This is family friendly beach block condo with residents and renters. We want to make sure we meet your expectations for your getaway so if prefer enjoying late hours (after 9pm) it might be best to look elsewhere.
This is the ideal beach block condo for a family or friends who appreciates design , comfort, and convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch before you pack your beach bag and take a quick walk to the beach. Close proximity to great food, drink and entertainment for adults and children. We used our love for the shore as inspiration to turn this cozy space into a beach town escape. Beach badges included!
Heating/Cooling split units located in each room with its own controls for maximum comfort.
Cable TV in living room and smart tv's in each bedroom with access to all your own streaming services accounts. (Must have your own log in information)
Linens not included, guest must bring sheets, blankets, towels
Rental agreement must be signed 24 hours after booking
