⊠Exclusive space: 3 bedrooms (double bed in each), 1 shower room (shower, WC, sink, hairdryer), a living room and a fully equipped and furnished kitchen (hob, pots, plates, cutlery, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher), perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
⊠Modern amenities: high-speed Internet, washing machine for a comfortable stay and bed linen and towels (1 per person).
⊠A parking space, a private but non-exclusive garden that you may have to share with your neighbors located on the floor below.

Supplements for late arrivals:
Between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm: surcharge of 30 euros.
- After 10:00 pm: surcharge of 50 euros.
- No entry after 11:00 pm.
Final cleaning is included, but please leave the apartment in good condition, including washing up and taking out the rubbish.
