Ideal residence for a relaxing beach holiday, offering a modern, spacious, and well-equipped apartment located in the quietest and most residential part at the back of the complex.

This first-floor apartment overlooks the pool and is accessed via a shared staircase. Once inside, there are no more stairs, the apartment is all on one level.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed (200×200), while the second and third bedrooms each have queen-size beds (160×200).

Each room includes its own storage space with closets and shelving. Blackout curtains are installed to ensure uninterrupted rest from early morning light.

The residence is peaceful and close to all amenities, and the apartment includes 1 private parking space.

Nothing is unnecessary: everything has been thoughtfully provided to make you feel at home, from the toaster, oven, fridge, and microwave to the dishwasher. Tasteful decoration, serene and cozy atmosphere.

The residence is equipped with a power inverter for water and the electric gate in case of outages, but the apartment itself does not have a personal inverter. Power cuts are rare and advance notice is usually given if scheduled.

Additional information:

Included in the rental rate for stays of 8 nights or more: Wi-Fi, home cleaning on arrival and departure, and once a week during your stay, including bed linen change (towels not included). Garden and pool maintenance are also included.

Electricity is not included. The cost per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.
Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out. The amount due is based on actual consumption and must be paid in cash on the day of departure.

A digital code safe is available for your use. In case of a forgotten code or lost key, a $150 USD replacement fee will apply.

Please note that an inventory check is carried out upon arrival and departure. To avoid delays at checkout, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to quickly review linens, dishes, and electrical appliances. The goal is to return the property in the same condition in which it was received, for the benefit of future guests.
Any missing or damaged items will also be collected in cash on departure.
