Fully remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Two full living rooms (1st and 3rd floors). Both off street (2 cars) and on street parking. Fenced in yard, porch and separate patio with firepit. Great spot close to downtown Phoenixville

We had a lovely time here, walking distance to downtown Phoenixville and a nice trail along the river nearby. We had plenty of room to spread out for a small family gathering. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely, historic home

Lovely, roomy, duplex property, thoughtfully decorated, impressively clean. All the feelings of home. Gracious home owners were attentive and responsive, and it was evident that they extend great effort to make guests feel welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rebuilt my faith in rentals

After stepping away from stays like this due to a lack of consistency and integrity, Caesar has completely restored my confidence. We will absolutely be returning to this property for our annual convention. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, providing everything we could possibly need. Wedding Weekend Visit

My family and I stayed in this home during a family wedding weekend. The home was clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. We did not get a chance to visit the town that was nearby because we had so many wedding activities. We may have to return to enjoy the shops and restaurants that are nearby. It looked like a fun little town. We would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area. You will love it!!

Already planning to return

From opening the door until locking to leave, our stay was great. The listing is accurate, the space is clean and well kept. The location is safe and offers a short walk to downtown which we did throughout our stay. We were in town for a wedding, and we’re already discussing our next visit to see our friends and using this as our rental. Thanks for being a great owner!
