The villa has approximately 130 m² of living space. Each room opens onto a large terrace with a lake and a view of the garden. We don't see anyone opposite.
The owner's main house is in close proximity and there are no fences between these two Mackenzie villas.
But each house has its own private garden! They are located on three plots of land and share a very large paradise garden that was created by the grandparents and their garden architects more than 40 years ago. This explains the beautiful mature trees and shrubs that hide the houses and guarantee them the unparalleled calm and privacy in Lacanau.
This private house is tucked away in a particularly quiet residential part of Lacanau (La Gringue Sud), directly adjacent to the forest and access to cycle paths, but - nevertheless - only a few minutes from the access to the south beach and the village centre. For your comfort we offer you a garage and carport, an automatic gate system and alarm, outdoor and garden lighting and a sauna. The area of this garden is fenced and secured. So you can take your dog with you without any worries.
