ABOUT OUR HOME:
We are situated in the heart of Fourways, close to Life Fourways hospital, Monte casino (Gautrian bus) & many shopping centres. Our secure Ground floor 1 bedroom apartment boasts a luxury queen extra length bed to ensure a comfortable nights rest. Fully Self-catering and suitable for couples, business travellers, Doctors & Pilots. Free WiFi that is fast and reliable is available. The Smart TV is set up with Netflix & youtube for your viewing pleasure. Wheel chair accessible. NB! NO SMOKING. NO PARTYS. NO VISITORS ALLOWED. RESPECT NEIGHBORS
The space
97 Ventura has a beautiful and spacious garden to sit and relax in or enjoy a scrumptious Braai. However there is also a wonderful clubhouse in the complex for the guests to enjoy, have a workout in the gym, a swim in the magnificent pool or just relax in the beautiful African sun on a pool chair. Please consider neighbors when making use of this space, complex Rules must be strictly adhered to.
Tea, Instant coffee, sugar and milk are provided and all the necessary cutlery and crockery to make yourself meals is available. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle and stove and oven, as well as a dishwasher (2 x dish-washing tablets provided) and washing machine (to provide your own detergent)

WE DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING AT ALL
WE DO NOT ALLOW VISITORS
WE WILL NOT TOLERATE PARTYS

Situated very close to Life Fourways hospital, so this apartment is ideal for on call doctors as well as patients and/or their families who are waiting for the patient to recover.
Situated in a secure complex with 24 hr security. By booking this apartment ,you are agreeing to abide by the rules of the estate.
Please note: The apartment is NOT in front of Clubhouse & Communal Pool.
Glass table in the lounge may not be suitable for very small toddlers (a head bumping hazard)
CLEANING & SERVICING OF THE ROOM
Extra cost for daily cleaning or servicing.
For stays longer than 5 nights a week a free servicing/cleaning (one to two hours) of the room will be arranged if required, and needs to be discussed on arrival.
ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION:
Due to environmental impacts please do not excessively use electricity. Switch off lights in areas not being utilised and turn down or turn off the heater or fan during the night. When leaving the house please turn off all lights and electronics.
Please do not forget to turn off the electric blanket on the bed when not using it.

We have been hosting already for 3 years on other planforms and we are seen as Super hosts, we currently have a 4.9 star rating and it because we do our best to ensure every guest is treated as an individual. We love to make sure you are comfortable and 100% happy.
Our unit is modern, warm, bright and very comfortable. The unit is situated in the heart of Fourways and we are close to MANY attractions.
We have had many guests comment how the unit is even better than what it appears to be online, and we love that as it means our guests are wowed and satisfied.
The unit has a queen extra length extra depth bed to make sure you have the most relaxing nights rest.
The patio is great place to wind down and have sundowners and a good old South African braai.
We have both a shower and tub in the bathroom to suit all tastes.
The kitchen has all the cutlery and crockery you would need to cook up a storm, or enjoy a takeaway.
There is a fantastic swimming pool and gym in the complex clubhouse that is available for our guests to make use of.
