545 Tarpon Pond Cottage is situated to take in spectacular views of both the golf course and lagoon. Yet is quiet and peaceful in its surroundings.
Enter into this adorable cottage with an open floor plan and enclosed sun room. Gray flooring and white walls immediately let you know, you've arrived at the beach! The updated galley kitchen sits off to your left and has stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats six. Perfect spot for family meals or evening game night. The living area is anchored with the wood burning fireplace and large 65" TV. An enclosed sun room is just off the great room. It is surrounded by windows on three walls and has amazing views of the 17th fairway of Ocean Winds. The dining area has a raised table and seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen is just off the dining are and has been remodeled and updated! Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cream cabinets, and gray flooring.
The Master bedroom has been renovated with ship lap ceilings and wood laminate flooring. You have lovely views of the 17th fairway of Ocean Winds from your large master bedroom windows. The master en-suite bath has been renovated with granite counters and tiled shower/tub. The guest bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen bed along with easy access to the updated hall bath. A new stacked washer/dryer sit next to the hall bath. Head up the stairs to the loft and the two twin beds. A half wall separates the open loft from the great room below.
Below the cottage in the carport is a gas grill for your BBQ needs. The front porch is large and has rockers. A great spot to drink your morning coffee or sip your afternoon wine and watch all the wildlife Seabrook has. Come make lasting family memories in this fabulous cottage! Your dog or cat is invited to travel with you with a required additional pet fee of $35/nt per pet (max of 2).
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night â 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

The Beach Club pools, Island House restaurants/bars, and golf are only 1.2 miles from this home. To play tennis or lounge by the Lake House pool, head the other way down Seabrook Island Road to the Lake House and Tennis Center. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
