The house is located in the immediate vicinity of 3 farms (bovine, equine, poultry) with passage of agricultural machinery.
The cottage is composed of a living room/lounge (wood stove), a kitchen, a separate toilet, an office and a laundry room; 3 bedrooms (2 beds 90) (1 bed 140) (1 bed 140) and a shower room with a second toilet.
The house has a 500mÂČ garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
