Single storey house, adjoining a year-round home, located in Falleron, 32km from the beaches (Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Saint Jean de Monts, Saint Hilaire de Riez), and 17km from Challans. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of 3 farms (bovine, equine, poultry) with passage of agricultural machinery.
The cottage is composed of a living room/lounge (wood stove), a kitchen, a separate toilet, an office and a laundry room; 3 bedrooms (2 beds 90) (1 bed 140) (1 bed 140) and a shower room with a second toilet.
The house has a 500mÂČ garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
Wifi. Private parking. All-inclusive rate: electric heating, sheets, towels and cleaning. Wood stove: free wood.
Optional: Mandatory cleaning package for professionals âŹ80/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax.
