This 5-star resort is located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. This beautifully maintained villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, Smart TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area. - Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.
- Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.
- Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.
- Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.
- There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables.
- There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.
- Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,
- Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.
