The room itself was great. Plenty of room. It did not have salt and pepper which I found odd. It was a holiday weekend so I understand the property was very busy, but there were not enough parking spaces on site for guests. I was illegally parked twice and had to reach out to LCV to see how to handle this. They had no answers and asked I leave a note on my dash next to my pass, but could not guarantee i wouldn’t be towed. I received a call back the next morning but then had the same issue later in the day. The frustrating part was that no one could provide an answer on what to do. It took several phone calls over the course of a few hours to come to resolution. We did also have issues with the coffee pot one morning also. They did eventually bring a new pot but it wasn’t u til 5pm that day. We also asked for early check in several days in advance and were told they would let us know. They then offered for us to add extra days to the beginning of the trip (because the room was not booked) to which I said we could not accommodate but still asked about early check in. They again asked that I wait to hear about availability the day of. Turns out they gave us “early” check in - they offered check in at 3pm instead of 4pm, even though the room was vacant. Overall i love the lei lani property. But I don’t think I will book with this company again due to these issues.

Great place, views were amazing

This place was bigger then what I thought it was and it was clean as well. The views were great and the this was the best place Ive stayed in Alabama. The only problem I had was parking but it wasnt that big of a problem.

Amazing

We had the best time. Condo was just like it said. Beach was easy to get to. We were able to just leave our stuff out all day at the beach and go back and forth to condo or pool. We had an amazing time. I recommend and I plan on booking again in the future.

Just what you see

Condo was exactly as it appeared in the listing. If you’re going for the pool look elsewhere. If your ok with an older building with unbelievably beach access this is it. We did have an AC issue which the staff immediately addressed. We would book again.

Fun time at Orange Beach. Condo as expected from listing. More spacious which was a plus. Would have been helpful to have cleaning products available, at least one all purpose cleaner.

Very nice condo!

This was such a nice condo. It was clean and tastefully decorated. There were televisions in every bedroom and the living room. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils. Three bathrooms were necessary with our group! The only drawback was the pool location. But the beach weather was so nice that we did not need the pool. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the management company was super!!

Fabulous Beach Front Condo

We loved our stay at Lei Lani! The wrap-around deck with the fantastic views of the gulf was the highlight. We were a group of friends enjoying a get-away together and really appreciated having three separate bedrooms with three separate bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for quick easy meals and became our morning gathering place. The location of Lei Lani was great - all of the restaurants were close by. The beach was not very crowded compared to recent trips to Seaside and 30A. We had one snafu with the code to the door not working, but that was quickly fixed by the rental manager. If you arrive in the afternoon, parking can be tight but we found there were extra spaces at night and in the mornings. We will be back - highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The 3 check-in codes emailed to us did not work. Had to call for help. The unit itself was nice, comfortable, and beautiful as advertised. Loved the location, balcony, and view. However, we will not stay at Lei Lani again due to the horrible, sluggish, hot, and smelly elevators. At one point the elevators were not functioning at all.

Recharge our batteries in the sun!!

The condo was beautiful, especially that amazing view from all the glass in the living room. Proximity to the beach was premium, with the walk down being less than 5 minutes. The kitchen and baths were nicely furnished and very clean. The beds were super comfy and the linens were soft. The only negative point, and it is not a reflection on the condo or the owners, the boardwalk to the beach was not safe as it had a severe slope and a very high drop off into the sand. As a result, one of my guests fell on day two and bruised her arm badly. Once the boardwalk is corrected, the whole Lei Lani package is complete perfection and I would absolutely stay there again.

Great Location!

This condo has the best location! It’s right on the beach and super close to all the great restaurants in the area. The building and the condo are starting to show their age, but if that doesn’t bother you then you’re going to love your stay here. We loved the convince of being right on the beach and condo worked for our two families of four.
