HostnFly offers you this beautiful cozy 60 mÂČ apartment located in the heart of the 19th arrondissement of Paris.
Able to accommodate up to 4 people, it is ideal for a family.
The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in Paris.

The house includes:
- two bedrooms with two doubles and two single beds (one of them with a small balcony on the back floor.) ;
- a bathroom;
- an American kitchen with direct access to the outside;
- a lounge area to relax after a day of walking;
- a balcony on the first floor (equipped with a table, a chair and 2 armchairs) with a beautiful view, overlooking the golf course and the 180 mÂČ garden;
- and a large outdoor wooden terrace with a table, 3 parasols and chairs.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Barbecue, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
One of the assets of the house is its location near the Beach of Moliets (8 minutes walk). It is also located near :
- all the shops;
- golf (18 holes +9 holes) and surfing;
- numerous walks in the forest (direct access);
- numerous tennis courts (5 minutes on foot)
- numerous bicycle paths;
- and many walks on the Landes coast.
During your stay, you will also have the opportunity to discover the famous places that make the reputation of the city such as :
- the Beach of the Cork Oaks (8 minutes by car);
- the Courant d'Huchet (10 minutes away);
- the Ponton du lac d'azur (17 minutes by car); and many others...

It is a typical village, festive and lively throughout the year which offers many different activities; between sea and forest, you can discover the natural reserve of Courant d'Huchet nicknamed "the Landes Amazon" or enjoy its beach, a must for surfing, sunbathing and eating an ice cream. The city is full of charm and offers many typical markets, installed in the middle of its picturesque and traditional streets.
