Entrance hall with a sleeping alcove (separated by a curtain), two single bunk beds, a baby crib, and a small window. Shower room (shower cubicle 2023), separate toilet. Fully equipped living room/kitchenette: 4 ceramic hobs, refrigerator (2023), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, electric coffee maker, sofa bed, fixed sofa, wall-mounted TV, Wi-Fi internet access, ceiling fan, and pedestal fan. A bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers, and closet. Beautiful direct views of the water and the boats. Enjoying good sunshine, South/East exposure. Located 500m from Pont Tournant beach, Grand Stade (sports activities), the Botanical Gardens, and 250m from the Capellans shopping center. Secure private parking at the foot of the building. RES.
