Nice place

Nice place to stay. Everything worked. Great water pressure in shower. Great for a couple to just get away and spend some quality time together.

Right place / wrong time

The location, property, and view were all fantastic. We had a nice time, but not great. The indoor pool and whirlpool were under construction, and it was too cool to use the outdoor pool. Also, the bed was extremely firm. If that's what you like, this is your place. For us, it was painful to lay on. I brought camping mats to soften it up just in case. That saved my husband who has a history of failed back surgery. Unfortunately for me, my mat wouldn't inflate. On the last night, I slept in the chair. The rent was very reasonable and the check-in and out was convenient. If not for the bed, I would go back.

Know before you go

This would make a great place for younger spring breakers in need of simply a place to lay their heads! The listing doesn’t state the resort name or unit number which would’ve been helpful. We called 3 different numbers before reaching the LOCAL property manager in order to receive our check in instructions. There is no bathroom fan to clear steam from the room (mold?), the mini freezer was frozen solid & the fridge didn’t hold temp at max, elevators were inoperable or filthy with trash. Dirty laundry and trash sat by the elevator doors on our floor for 2 days! The resort in general was just dirty and a maze to navigate through. We were disappointed in general. Hopefully this info reaches the unit’s owner.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations and understand how frustrating these issues must have been. While we’re glad you were able to eventually connect with the local property manager, we apologize for the confusion and difficulty in receiving check-in instructions. We also appreciate your detailed comments regarding the unit, appliances, and overall resort conditions. Your feedback will be shared with the property team to ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and clearer communication are addressed. We’re disappointed your experience was not what you had hoped for, but we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as it helps us improve the guest experience in the future.

Amazing everything

Check in was easy; parking passes were in the condo upon arrival. The condo itself was perfect for our trip; the view was beautiful.
