Brief Description of The House:

Enter the home on the ground level to a bright foyer with stone floors and immediately you will be greeted by views of the grotto pool and garden. Take the stairs to the second floor where you will find a beautifully decorated great room, with gourmet kitchen with bar seating for four, living room with sofa, and dining area that seats ten to twelve. On this level you can enjoy the large balcony on the side of the house featuring boho-style lounge seating and swing, or two balconies on the front of the house. This level has a half bathroom off of the kitchen with washer/dryer. This level also features a king master bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The second floor features three bedrooms all with balconies. Bedroom 1 is a king master with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a queen guest bedroom with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a youth guest bedroom equipped with six twin bed bunks with en suite bathroom.

The top floor of this home features a master suite with marsh views, private sun deck, and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

This home has parking for 3 cars with overflow parking within walking distance. (No garage access)

Overview of The Singleton Beach Community:

Although the home designs may be reminiscent of traditional Charlestonian architecture, the Singleton Beach Community is actually one of the youngest seaside communities on Hilton Head Island. Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. Whether you choose to make the scenic walk to Collier Beach (approximately 700 yards) or take the beach shuttle*, old and young alike are sure to be pleased by our beautiful white sand beaches and relatively small crowds year-round. When it’s time to take a break from the sun, be sure to drop by “Coco's on the Beach” to grab a refreshing frozen drink or a quick bite to eat- all without leaving Collier Beach! Aside from the beach, Chaplin Oceanside Park is located a mere 100 yards away and houses a multitude of tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, and soccer fields, as well as a playground, dog park, and restrooms. Finally, when the day starts to draw to a close, why not top off the night by enjoying some of the finest waterfront shopping, dining, and entertainment** on the island at Shelter Cove Towne Center, just a short bike ride or drive down the road (1.5 miles).

*There is a complimentary golf cart beach shuttle service exclusive to this community. It runs Memorial Day to Labor Day (Sunday through Friday 9am-5pm, weather permitting). The driver is in the community waiting on your call. He will pick you up at the house and take you back and forth to the beach as often as you like.

Amazing Weekend Stay!

We stayed at this property for an extended weekend with a large group of friends and had such an amazing experience! The house was exactly as pictured - HUGE, clean, everything worked and the property manager was very responsive, going above & beyond to answer all our questions and make sure our stay was perfect! The house was located in a quiet, cute community that felt very safe and located centrally on the island making it easy to get around quickly to get to reservations/activities on time. The beach is within walking distance and we utilized the beach transportation shuttle provided, which ran often and was quick to come get us. The beach was beautiful and there was a beach bar (Coco's) you could walk to that had a large variety of great food and drinks! With a large group, it was really nice this property had big bathrooms in each room making it convenient for everyone to get ready at the same time. The backyard was a cozy garden oasis with a clean pool and plenty of seating. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, cups, utensils, etc for our 13 person group and provided all the cooking tools needed to cook a nice meal. For most of us, this was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and if we ever get the chance to come back, we would stay at this property again! 10/10 would recommend for any large groups or family vacations looking to have an amazing time in HHI!

The wedding couple and their family stayed a few days before the wedding. It was an amazing space where each bedroom had their own bathroom. The main area had a great flow and was comfy.

Big birthday celebration

I was very frustrated w the kitchen. There was 1 saucepan w no lid. Totally inadequate. Two kitchen towels and two dishrags for four days did not work at all. We ran out of electric dish detergent on day 3. There was no coffee pot and we didn't plan for keurig. No mixer either. Beach chairs were listed in the amenities but there were none. Two washcloths per person was inadequate for four days also. There were no instructions on the tv downstairs and though there were several tvs we couldn't get them to work. It is a lovely home but fell short of our expectations.

When planning our trip to HH we were looking for a house that would accommodate 3 families with several children 3 and under. A pool was the top of the list. Unfortunately the pool was disgusting the first 2 days and we couldn’t use it. The entire outdoor area looked so promising online but was pretty disgusting in person. The outdoor furniture obviously hadn’t been cleaned, the pool (once cleaned) was so cold none wanted to get in. The dryer vent was broken and ruined several pieces of clothing. When mentioned to the manager, nothing was done. The ice machine on the fridge didn’t work. The walls and couch on main floor were dirty with stains. The kitchen is NOT big enough for the house. No garage access, so it made storing beach gear and strollers challenging. The bedrooms were all nice sizes with nice size bathrooms. I hate to complain but I wish I would have known these things prior to booking this property.

Beautiful house, inaccurate description

The house is beautiful and large to accommodate our multi-generational family. The description of the amenities was off. The property manager never responded to my message. The pool is extremely small and was filthy. It was not cleaned until the day before we were leaving. The outside seat was dirty/moldy and had a lot of bugs and spiders. The beach is not 700 yards, but more like 700 feet. Coco's bar was not easy to access. There was no guest book. It took us some time to figure out how to use the dryer. Eventually we saw the little sticker. It took some time to figure out the t.v. if you do not have a fire stick account, you cannot use the t.v.s in the bedrooms.

Hilton Head Getaway

House was spectacular. Very clean, modern and plenty of space for families. Location is great too, short walk to the beach and the golf cart service is top notch. We would definitely stay here again!

Bachelorette Weekend Dream!

This property was absolutely perfect for the bachelorette party I hosted for my cousin! Beautiful, spacious, clean, and in a safe neighborhood, while being super close to many activities/bars/restaurants/beaches! Perfect if you’re looking for a beach getaway with friends, a spot with fun night life (Bar-Muda Triangle was so fun we went two nights in a row), or family vacation! Our hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive when it came to anything we reached out for/needed and really went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home during our stay! The home is MASSIVE with plenty of beds/bathrooms for large groups who may need to all be getting ready at the same time which was definitely helpful for us. Everything was neat and clean and the beds were out of this world comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for a quick dip/cool down, lounging in the warm weather, or eating a meal around the big table as a group. Majority of the backyard’s sun is covered, keeping the temperature comfortable Coco’s on the Beach is a cute/casual tiki bar within walking distance of the property and had great cocktails/delicious food and fun vibe. All in all, I wouldn’t have to think twice about staying at this property again — I would do it in an instant! The hosts make it so easy for you to come in, enjoy your stay, and be on your way when your trip is over! Hope to see you again!

Great and Convenient Property

The property was a great place to stay overall. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and was convenient to the amenities of the island. It is a short walk to the beach and CoCo's bar which was great for us. There was plenty of room for 12 guys with golf gear, which is what we needed.

Love this house

This was our second summer staying at this house and we just love it here. The house is beautiful and the set up is perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids with the age range of 9 - 16 year olds. The couple who are the property management are great people and they live right in the neighborhood. The beach golf cart shuttle works out perfect and Conner was fantastic. Always quick to take us to and from the beach. Thank you for making our vacation perfect!

Great first time on the island

This was our first time in HH and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The house has everything we needed, was extremely clean, well decorated and had a great outdoor space. The property manager was very responsive. You won't be disappointed staying here!

Great time has by all!

Had an awesome great time at this place. The beds were so so comfortable. Steve the golf cart shuttle driver was the bomb. Easy walk to and from beach if needed. Loved the house, everything about it was great! Would definitely stay again in the future.

Very Nice Rental

We enjoyed our stay at 48 Crabline. The house is decorated nicely and is well-kept. We enjoyed having access to the beach via bikes (we rented) or the beach buggy (Steve was great!). The patio and pool are great for cooking out and relaxing as a family. Keep in mind this area is rather small and sunless. Our main frustrations with the house were the lack of closets (almost every closet in the house was locked and off-limits) and we had parking for only 3 vehicles (the listing said 3-5 vehicles). We were not able to check-in until close to 6pm since the cleaning crew was not finished. The manager let us know ahead of time to expect this, which we appreciated.

Beautiful House!

We had 3 families share this home for a week, and we had everything we needed to have a good time. The kitchen was fully loaded with all the pans and utensils needed to make some great meals. We couldn’t fine the sheet or binder explaining things like wi-if password, check out instructions etc, so we had to reach out to the property management a few times. They were very helpful! I would not hesitate to book this home again.
