A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.
One of the assets of the apartment is its location. It is located :
- close to all shops;
- 15 minutes walk from the Croisette and the beaches;
- 25 minutes walk from the train station;
- close to the city center.
The neighborhood is well served by public transportation. A bus stop is located in front of the residence, with direct connections to various destinations, including Nice airport.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to visit the most famous places of the city such as

- the Museum of World Explorations (13 minutes away);
