The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Pouliguen, this charming studio recently renovated to less than 100 meters of the beach, of a surface of 36 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room, an open equipped kitchen, a shower room and a loggia extended by a terrace. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), a retractable bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : Thermomix, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A loggia that opens onto a terrace with a dining area.
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Outside :
- A terrace of about 6 m², facing South/West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

At your disposal if needed: fan, JBL bluetooth speaker with recharge cable, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Pouliguen, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Lovers of nature, gastronomy, the sea, you will be delighted, there is something for everyone.
You can visit the wild coast by bike, there are many itineraries. Go to the regional natural park of Briere, visit the salt marshes, or have a picnic in the forest of Escoublac, change beaches regularly calmer at the beach Benoît, more sportive at the one of the surfers.
Visit the heritage of the whole coast of love from Pouliguen to Le Croisic, passing by Guérande...
Sailing, crossing to the islands or going to the aquarium, or enjoying an exhibition at the Boesch Museum...
Enjoy a gastronomic stay with excellent local products: seafood, fishing of the day at the fish market, pancakes and cakes or even eat at the Breton cookie factory...
You can also learn to do your own fishing on foot.
