HostnFly offers you this charming, very quiet semi-detached villa, located in a secure residence with a large shared swimming pool and a pétanque court, perfectly suited for family vacations.
It measures 94 square meters, has three bedrooms with plenty of storage space, a garden and can accommodate up to 6 people.
You'll love the sea view and the location in the Vaugrenier district.

Warm and well-appointed, the villa comprises :
- three air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed
- two bathrooms with separate toilets
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- a dining room ;
- and an air-conditioned lounge to relax in after a day out.
The following facilities are available: Parking, Wi-Fi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
The little extras: pétanque bowls and other leisure equipment, elliptical bike, several storage cupboards and dressing rooms. Sheets and towels are provided.
The accommodation's assets include
- large solarium with magnificent sea views ;
- its garden with furnished terrace (barbecue, deckchair and furniture);
- its location (a stone's throw from all amenities and the Vaugrenier nature park; close to the train station and airport).
For your day-to-day shopping needs, you'll find an Intermarché and a Biot 3000 just 5 minutes away by car or bike.
