Get the best of both worlds when you stay at my apartment: the serenity and peace of suburban living with a large park (Bois de Vincennes) just within walking distance, but the convenience to travel in and out of Paris via metro on a whim.

My spacious apartment offers rooftop views of the area. A sofa bed and TV will keep your family entertained throughout your stay, while the kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal with its electric hob and oven.

The main bedroom comes with a private ensuite and a double bed, while the two extra rooms are meant for young children and come fitted with single beds each; there's an additional shared bathroom with a tub. All beds are lined with complimentary hotel-quality linen to ensure a good night's sleep, with clean towels and toiletries.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Saint-Mandé is a charming and upscale neighbourhood located in the eastern suburbs of Paris. The area is known for its beautiful tree-lined streets, elegant architecture and well-maintained parks. The community is family-friendly and peaceful, with a mix of residential and commercial spaces. One of the most popular attractions in Saint-Mandé is the Bois de Vincennes, a vast park that offers various recreational activities such as walking, jogging, cycling, and boating. Another noteworthy landmark is the Château de Vincennes, an impressive castle that dates back to the 14th century. Saint-Mandé is conveniently located only a few kilometres from the centre of Paris, which can be easily reached by metro or bus. The neighbourhood also offers a variety of shops and restaurants, ranging from high-end boutiques to local bakeries and cafes. Overall, Saint-Mandé is an excellent option for those seeking a tranquil and sophisticated place to stay while still being close to the city's heart.

There are several metro stations in or near Saint-Mandé, including Saint-Mandé (line 1), Bérault (line 1), and Porte de Vincennes (line 1 and line 3). These metro stations provide easy access to the centre of Paris and other parts of the city.

Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is approximately 25 kilometres northeast of Saint-Mandé. Depending on traffic conditions, it typically takes 30-45 minutes to reach CDG by car from Saint-Mandé. Alternatively, you can take public transportation such as the RER B train or the Roissybus, which takes about 45-60 minutes from central Paris to the airport.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
