Midships is a bright, spacious, lower-level walk out unit with 1 bedroom and a sleeper sofa. This unit features a brand new full kitchen, living room with TV and sleeper sofa shared laundry access in the garage, and a common patio area adjacent to a landscaped yard with a fire pit. We are pet-friendly with preapproved pets. The pet fee is $35 per stay.

Homer is awesome!

This is a lovely space with a full sized kitchen. The house has two other units and all our temporary neighbors were lovely. The main bed was comfy (though small if you're used to a king) and thoughtful touches like a puzzle to work on were much appreciated.

Homer Adventure

We stayed at the midship lower unit and it was not bad. Bed was comfortable. Felt like upper unit going to fall through. Cute back yard to hangout and grilled.

My mother and I had a wonderful two-night stay at Midships in Homer, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about both the property and the host.From the moment we booked, the communication was top-notch. The host made sure we had all the right information and checked in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. That kind of care really stands out.The home itself was peaceful, clean, and inviting—exactly what you’d hope for on a relaxing getaway. The backyard was especially beautiful and private, with well-kept grounds and lush plants all around. It felt like a little oasis. The space was stocked with everything you might need, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short distance from the beach and close to great dining options.This was a truly special stay, and we felt incredibly well taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this host without hesitation. Thank you for making our time in Homer so enjoyable!

Convenient location

We all slept comfortable. The midship was more like a renovated basement. Small kitchen and bathroom facing kitchen were my only pet peeves. Otherwise we were all comfortable.

Fantastic Accommodations!

Our family (2 adults, 15 yr old, and Chihuahua) had a wonderful experience at Midships! Plenty of space, super clean, all the comforts of home, responsive and accommodating host, lovely decor, comfortable beds, close to the beach and everything in Homer, great neighbors, even a super nice laundry room. We will stay here again! And we will also revisit our fave Homer places, Homer Bookstore, Twisted Goat, and Alaska Bear Adventures!!
