Great Location
Letâs start with the good stuff! The location is great. Very close to the beach. Itâs conveniently located, approximately 2.2 miles, to the tourist shops/restaurants. There is a trolley that you can access but we happened to visit when the trolley wasnât running (late March). The kitchen is actually bigger than it looks. All appliances work well. Now the not so good stuff. The house needs a deep clean. There is a mild mildew odor. Most of the windows donât have screens so airing out the house was limited. There wasnât a vacuum in the home, but I called guest services and they brought one to us that evening. I was told the one they brought was newly purchased, it was basically a dust buster on a stick. Seriously, it wasnât effective. Did make me wonder if the house was vacuumed before we arrived because the cleaning company told me where to look for the vacuum and it wasnât at any location they suggested⊠actually it wasnât at any guest accessible location in the house. Master bedroom doesnât have closet, all clothes must be put in a dresser or hooks on bathroom door. A couple guests rooms donât have access to dresser so forced to leave clothes in luggage. I will chose to stay somewhere else on my next visit.
