Beautiful Condo! Easy walk to the beach to get beach chairs. Parking was right under building. Walked to restaurants and shops at Pier Park. Would definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO

This 2BR 2BTH condo is beautiful. The views are amazing. The unit comes with 2 beach chairs but she also has extra chairs in the condo that you can use which was very ideal for us. Perfect location for shopping and dining at Pier Park.

Great Unit, Location and Amenities

Very spacious corner unit that has a great view of the ocean and the pier. Spent time at the ocean, the pool, the tiki bar and the sand volleyball courts. Private parking spot was super convenient versus parking across the street and taking the pedway. Building location is ideally located a short walk to Pier Park. Included chair service was a great perk. Host was very accommodating and responsive during our stay.

GORGEOUS VIEW

This was the perfect condo for our short extended stay and would have been perfect for the entire week! The views were stunning from the balcony & master suite. The kitchen had everything you needed and more and the living space was perfect! Toni was wonderful with communication and instructions. Thank you! We will be back!

Beautiful and peaceful.

This was like home away from home. The scenery the cleanliness had everything we needed, but most of all compared to the other condos we have stayed at in the past. It was amazing how so many workers cleaning the hallways, the elevators, the swimming pools every morning, the concrete, the rock, the deck going out to the beach everything was so quaint and clean before 9 o’clock every morning. the workers around this complex made the biggest difference in our stay. Never seen nothing like this. Team work. And we’ve stayed at many. The tiki bar was a plus. Not to mention soundproof walls it was so peaceful and quiet in each condo

This condo was probably the nicest condo we've stayed in. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, updated appliances, private parking, they thought of everything. We'll definitely try to rent this property again. And the beach view, completely satisfying. Great experience!!

Short vacation get away

Beautiful property. Private parking to comfortable master suite. Tremendous views of the gulf. Tv’s in bedrooms not available to use, but we did not miss them. My daughter thought the second bedroom bed was too firm. Master was very comfortable. Overall great stay very enjoyable. Would definitely book again

I absolutely can't say enough about this property. We sat on the deck and watched baby stingrays and dolphins every morning and evening. Condo is gorgeous! Perfect location! Excellent parking! Gracious Host!! What an awesome trip. We hope to stay again, soon!! Thank you for sharing with us!

Great place.

We have stayed at Calypso for the last 11 years. And 1509-E is hands down the best so far. Toni has done an excellent job of furnishing and decorating. Kitchen is very well stocked with any and everything you may need. Didn't have to call Toni for anything except to compliment the condo, and the response was quick. We will definitely look to this unit again next year for our October trip.

I have traveled the world in a wonderful 30 year career with Delta Airlines. My career took me to Atlanta GA. where I raised 3 fabulous children. Even though I love Atlanta, I am from the Tampa, Clearwater area & missed the smell of the ocean.
When an opportunity brought me to the Panama City Beach area, I was shocked to find such a beautiful Beach! As we usually returned to south Florida for boating & beach vacations. I had no idea that one of the most beaches in the world was right there in the panhandle & much closer to Atlanta. It's only a 5-6 hour drive away and about a 45 min. flight.
I decided to invest in condominiums on the beach in 2003 and that has become a full time career after my retirement from Delta.
I now live in Kennesaw Ga. a suburb of Atlanta, & I still love to travel the world!
I'm always a phone call away and always available to my tenants!

Location, Location, Location!
I acquired this property when it was in pre-construction knowing that Pier Park was in the Planning.
There was only one street that ran from Front Beach Rd. to Hwy. 98, a round about with a globe, and palm trees which lined the street.
It took a few years, but all came together, and has become the most popular place to be on Panama City Beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Of course, I just mentioned its location makes it unique...But it also has grown into much more and continues to grow. The city pier stretches out into the Gulf of Mexico next to Calypso where all the city holiday fireworks displays are shot into the sky.
At Calypso, you have a front-row seat on your very own balcony!
Pier Park with its nonending shops and restaurants is an easy walk away. Also, as it stretches across Hwy. 98, lies a huge sports complex, featuring, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, Swimming, biking & walking trails. And an outdoor Amphitheater, where many top-name musical performances are performed. It's all located on the beautiful sugar-white, sandy beaches of the Gulf Of Mexico!
The International Air Port is about 15 minutes away which has made it a great fly-in destination.
I could go on & on & still not mention all of the benefits because the area keeps growing!
