Great stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this guest house. The location is perfect for wanting to travel to different beaches in the area as well as great food and shopping options. It was very clean and set up really nicely. The washer and dryer was a huge plus also. The hosts were really nice and quick to respond to messages. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

It was a great small place! Quiet area, great hosts, great amenities!

The place was clean and tidy when we got there! We loved the amenities it came with, very convenient! The hot tub and outdoor patio were also a great plus! Overall I enjoyed my stay there very much.

Nice accommodations close to the beach !

Easy to be at home here - short car ride to the beach, with many ‘beach items’ provided such as beach towels, beach umbrella, and portable cooler.

Cute and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s very conveniently located. It’s a quick drive to the beach. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it’s very close to the Gulf Gate area. Very charming little place!

Nice location

No frills but none needed with this proximity to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. Beach towels are provided along with an Amazon Fire Stick and huge TV plus a cool nightlight that my son loved.

We stayed for 5 days pending sale of our new home. The place has all you need and Eva and Steve are so sweet. The hot tub and oasis they made is beautiful. Totally recommend this place and I give it 5 plus stars

Great little getaway!

This property is located just 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach with all the attractions. Excellent communication with our hosts before and throughout our stay. The backyard was perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed the Hot Tub and grill. Thank you Eva and Steven!

perfect vacation lodging

Quiet area. Easy access to main roads and shopping. Clean spacious room with large walk-in shower bathroom. Small kitchen but well equipped for cooking. Lovely spacious back yard for outdoor dining or lounging. Enjoyed staying here very much.

Very nice property! The wife and I loved the whole place and the feel. Very close to the beach, which is always a huge plus with the wife. The privacy was nice. It was like they wasn’t even there. Overall 5 stars from us.

Great little getaway

My fiance and I stayed here for our anniversary and a little get away from the kids. Everything was just as expected and pictured in the advertisement listing. It was very clean, and the check in and out process was incredibly easy. The hot tub is in a fairly open area of the backyard garden so privacy was a little bit of a concern, but it did not deter us from using the space. It was close to the beach and restaurants in the area. We would absolutely stay here again.

This property is a haven- excluded from everyone once nestled inside- the hot tub area is amazing- the privacy is perfect- the details inside the "home"did not go unnoticed- owners thought of everything to make us comfortable. Will book again!!

Smelled good

Very clean and fresh smell upon arriving. Nice, big refrigerator/ ice-maker. There was a cooler and beach towels as well. Very convenient. There was only one thing, which easily can be improved upon, and that is that the bed was very hard. I got pain and marks on my hips when sleeping on the sides. I suggest a mattress-topper. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful Garden Retreat

We loved this property! Everything was perfect from the interior decorations to the lovely fenced backyard and garden. The patio had comfortable lounging furniture, outdoor fireplace, huge grill and lights that lit up the area, highlighting plants and decor, with pink and light blue, outdoor shower and hot tub. We were only short drive to the beach, not more than 7-8 minutes away. The property owners have thought of everything including security, lighting, laundronette, comfortable sheets and bedding, plush towels, beach towels and I could go on and on. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, not that we had any problems at all. It was a perfect location for our two dogs as they enjoyed the nice big yard. We certainly would stay here again!

I loved waking up in our Gulf Gate Estates Vrbo. There were tinted windows and doors that made everything look shades of blue /pink/purple. And there were sparkles in the grout on the floor. The shower was awesome, very strong ,but not stinging. Just right. We used the hot tub, grill, and fire pit a lot. It wasnt that warm in January , so hot tub was very appreciated. Steven answered our every need promptly, and was an excellent and accommodating host. Location was great, but we had a car. I suppose one could get by with just a bike , or bus. We were on Stickney Point Rd.10 minutes by car to Siesta Key.Thanks for everthing. We hated to leave . Very good value IMO.
