Entire 2nd story is available for your enjoyment, comfortably sleeps 7, and 8 with queen sofabed. Parking is available for up to 3 cars, must have own car, UBER doesn't reach mountains. BBQ grill, cooler, 4 beach chairs and plenty of beach towels for a perfect beach day. Mountain breeze refreshes you, each room and bedroom has a fan, there is no A/C. Work remotely from this tropical paradise with fast WiFi, stream favorite shows on SmartTvs.

Perfect location

The house was very nice, clean and cool, and quiet neighborhood. We love the winding roads leading to the property. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come again.

Overall the stay was great. The area was very nice, the perfect balance of rural, away from San Juan, but also close enough to have easy access to anything we needed. Ubers do reach up to the house. It was very clean when we got there and was well maintained. The house was quite warm during the day and night as only one room has air conditioning, but if you close all the windows and leave that rooms door open it will cool off a bit. I didn’t mind the heat as I’m used to sleeping in warm areas but it could bother some. On a similar note it’s very much in q jungle area so the sounds of the birds and bugs and frogs are very loud. This is something I really enjoyed but some may not. There are also tons of great authentic restaurants in the area as well. Overall it felt very authentic and was exactly what I was looking for. If your looking for a place to stay that feels like Puerto Rico I would strongly recommend but knowIt doesn’t have all the amenities of a 5 star hotel.

Wonderful place to stay although it was a difficult to find maybe because it was late at night. Well equipped with bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. Definitely a plus that had a washer although the dryer was not working. Will definitely stay there again.

Good stay

Me and my friends booked this literally a day before our trip to San Juan , which was very convenient. Although this place was like 25 mins away from San Juan ubers to San Juan and further places were only like $11-$20 so that wasnt a big issue. Three days into our visit the house started to smell like mold. Other then that everything about this house was good. If you are looking to stay close to San Juan this is NOT the place. If you dont mind waiting 10-25 mins for a uber then by all means go for it. :) Also the host is very great at communicating!

The architecture of the home is nice, but not maintained. It's dusty everywhere, bed bug bites every night, specially with my children, had to buy hydrocortisone and fumigate around due to ants. This is definitely a one time experience, never again will rent this place. You get what you pay for, and less. 😔

This large home is perfect for families or groups of friends that want to relax but be close to central sightseeing spots, avoid heavy San Juan traffic, enjoy authentic local restaurants, coffee shops and so much more. Our 1-acre backyard has a covered entertainment area with hammocks and bbq, or take our beach chairs and gear to a nearby beach, so much to do, or do nothing at all. We love to share our home, favorite activities and places to enjoy all parts of Puerto Rico.

Our central location is perfect for easy road trips, don't get stuck in tourist traps and in San Juan traffic. We can show you the best crystal clear southern beaches without huge crowds, famous waterfalls, easy or challenging mountain river hikes, caves to explore, and so much more all while saving time and money. We love to share our home, and show off our beautiful island with guests, make lifetime memories in this peaceful mountain home, still just 25 min from San Juan.
