A wonderful stay and fabulous hosts. Kasia was very responsive and took care of everything. Once we arrived at the villa, Maresol and Anthony made us feel right at home. They were very warm and friendly and treated us exceptional. Anthony provided Chef services and made some of the best meals my family has ever eaten. I cannot recommend this villa enough. The house was very nice and relaxing, a perfect family getaway.

Wonderful Villa for a Family Vacation with Young Kids

We had a lovely time at Villa Sueno with our family of three adults and two young children (ages 3 & 5). A beautiful property in a perfect location. Yemeli was incredibly helpful and kept the place in tip top shape. Couldn't recommend more!

AMAZING!!

Thank you for your hospitality. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get when you arrived. The owner is amazing, the staff at the house very friendly and always there to help. The house is clean and immaculate, the half bathroom downstairs wasn't working, but other than that I CAN HIGHLY recommend this place to have a wonderful time in Punta Cana!

Family Celebration!

Gary was super communicative and helpful from the booking to the end of our stay. He bought a game for our family so we didn’t have to bring it in our luggage! He met us at the home and went over everything. We had an issue with the hot water heater, which was fixed immediately. The property was beautiful and perfect for our group of 7!

Hi Neil, thank you for the feedback. We are happy you enjoyed your stay. We had no idea there was an issue with the AC. Wish you would have brought it to our attention when you were there. That is a brand new AC unit. We will surely look into that. Thank you again and we look forward to having you back. Gary & Sandra

Fabulous home!

Everything , from sign up, communication during and leaving , was top drawer. Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of the home . Owner Gary had thought of everything, including a digital help to restaurants, activities, and procedures. If you are fortunate enough to rent Villa Sueno, grab it . You won’t be disappointed .

What a trip!

From the onset Sandra and John were incredibly accommodating and walked us through every step of the process. Communication was great and the check in was seamless. The house was immaculate and just perfect for our family. Well appointed and very comfortable for all. The location was just a short golf cart ride to several local beaches and restaurants. We had a little bit of a hiccup on the return to the airport but Sandra and team got us taken care of immediately. Thanks Sandra and John, we look forward to returning soon.

Nor Cal Family

Beautiful home in an ideal location. Home was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The live in caretaker and property management were amazing and very responsive. We had use of the golf cart and were just a cart ride away from many of the local attractions. For locations a little further off, property management helped arrange safe transportation for us. The staff at the La Cana Golf Club were amazing and very welcoming. The club house was a perfect stop for our morning coffee, lunch, dinner, and evening nightcaps! We have stayed at many abroad vacation properties in the past and were very impressed by Villa Sueno. We felt safe and comfortable and look forward to returning to Villa Sueno.

Would book this house again!

Our family had a wonderful stay. It’s hard to find any issues. The house was really nice. It was incredibly clean and spacious. The pool in the backyard and outside dining area were amazing. Location was so convenient to get to the beach club (5 min golf cart ride). The whole community was immaculate, and everyone was friendly. Anthony was our chef, and he was great. We ended up having him prepare almost all our meals and everything was delicious. And the house came with a housekeeper. She was very nice and did a wonderful job. Finally, our main point of contact, Kasia, met us when we arrived and offered great advice during our stay. She was very responsive. Summary: The house, the location and the service were top notch.

Sweek 2024

Before booking, Gary answered any and all questions I had. Excellent communication. Arranged transportation from the airport for us. Very convenient. Gary met us at the villa and showed us the area. Assisted us in getting to dinner and the grocery store the first night. The housekeepers were fun and did an excellent job. The area is VERY safe. We did rent a golf cart which made getting around the resort easy. The beaches, pools, golf courses and eco reserves were right on the resort. All areas were beautiful and well maintained. Easy ride to local nightlife and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Home and Wonderful People

Great house in a perfect location. The main living area has folding doors that opens up to the outdoor area for a lovely indoor/outdoor experience! The master bedroom is large and comfortable while the second and third bedrooms are on the small side with small bathrooms. Home was clean and well maintained. What makes this home so very special is the people. The host/manager Kasia is so accommodating and responsive. She helped with groceries, reservations, transportation, etc. without hesitation and always with a smile. Chef Anthony give us 3 terrific dinners. And Marisol the housekeeper looked after us, cleaned up after us, did our laundry, and was always just delightful spirit in the house and never obtrusive.Would definitely stay again or in any other property Kasia manages -- what a professional!

Wonderful journey at Villa Sueno

We had a wonderful time with our family at Villa Sueno. The area is really quiet, the villa faces the golf course and is just a few minutes away from magnificent beaches. We took advantage of the pool as it was very hot. the living room opens onto the garden through large bay windows. Gary, the owner, was very responsive and available to take us to the grocery store. We were lucky enough to have Gary organize a boat trip to Saona with the incredible Miguel who I really recommend contacting. He is simply amazing. Yeneli, the housekeeper, cooks great local food and takes good care of the house. What you need to know is that she lives in the house, which I didn't know. It's a bit difficult to have someone in the house when you're not used to it. I'd suggest Gary leaves a guest book at home with all the information we might need. Don't forget mosquito repellent for your next stay as the climate is very humid. Thank you Gary

Villa Sueno Survey March 2024

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and photos! There are 3 spacious bedrooms with a total of 4 double beds including bathrooms, TV and air conditioning. Ideal for 5 adults or up to 8 people with children. Golf cart (max. 4 persons), golf clubs, board games, BBQ grill and much more are available free of charge. The bathrooms, kitchen, towels for the bathroom and swimming pool and much more are cleaned daily by the housekeeper (Spanish-speaking) who lives in a separate part of the house. The absolutely safe and quiet location in a large resort, which is ideally situated only 7 km from the airport and only a few hundred meters from the beach, is ideal for relaxing. For shopping in the nearest large supermarket (7km), transportation by private cab ("UBER") is recommended. The personal support of the landlord on site to organize day trips and much more is excellent! Excursions to Saona-Island, Buggie-Adventure-Tour, swimming in nearby Lagoons and CocoBongo-Discoshow are highly recommended. From our point of view 9.5 out of 10 points!
