Spacious 2-room apartment in a luxury residence 8 min walk from the Palais des Festivals and the beaches!

Benefiting from a strategic location in the city center of Cannes, you will have the luxury of being able to walk everywhere!
This apartment is perfectly arranged and can accommodate up to 4 people.
A beautiful, very bright living room with a coffee table, a TV screen, a dining table, a desk and above all a generous comfortable sofa bed.
A separate bedroom with a large wardrobe to store bathing suits and evening wear!
An independent kitchen with everything you need, especially an Espresso and Filter coffee maker, but also small appliances, and many other kitchen classics. Everything is there !
Finally a bathroom and a toilet.
Apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator.

1 – Its location is simply Ideal. Everything is done on foot, you are in the center of everything and you can access anywhere in town.
8 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals and 6 from the beaches of La Croisette.
Nearby is the rue d'Antibes: legendary street for its many shops, restaurants and cafes.
6 mins. Cannes train station and shuttle to Nice Airport.

2 – Its environment: Close to everything on foot, the apartment is located in a green environment within the mythical former palace condominium rehabilitated into an apartment building.
15 minutes from the mythical Provençal market of Cannes "Forville" and the port of Cannes for a boat trip to the Lérins Islands or to the Golf of Saint Tropez
Ideally located for congresses at the Palais du Festival 10 mins away: MIPIM, CANNES SERIES, FESTIVAL DE CANNES, LIONS, YATCHING, TAX FREE, MIPCOM

I live in Cannes, 30 minutes from this accommodation.
. Arrival must be scheduled by appointment at least 24 hours before arrival
. The day before your arrival we will call you on the number attached to your profile, to give you the arrival instructions, please make sure that we can reach this number
. We will be available by phone or Whats App from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and by message on the platform until 9 p.m.

The keys will be delivered by hand during the opening hours of the agency from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; a presentation of the apartment will be made on site so that your installation goes as well as possible and I can even give you addresses and good plans of the moment!
Outside the opening hours of the agency you will have to contact us to follow our instructions, be careful late arrivals will be charged.

I can offer private concierge services such as airport shuttle, housekeeping services, luggage storage services, or tourist activities. Please contact me for more information.

Boulevard Montfleury is close to everything
Less than 10 minutes walk from the accommodation:
- The rue d'Antibes known for its many shops
- Rue Hoche for its cafes and restaurants
- The Carré d'Or district known for its bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes
- La Croisette for its luxury brands, palaces, private beaches, restaurants and its artisanal Italian ice cream parlors.
- 20 min from the old town and its boat departures for the islands and the golf course of St Tropez

## Transit

Bus station and SNCF 10 min walk.
The "City Palm" shuttle is a free solution for getting around the heart of Cannes (Rue d'Antibes/Croisette).

Any arrival between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. will be increased by an additional flat rate of €50 (please note that we do not hand over the key after 11:00 p.m.)
Departures will be at 10:00 a.m. We can nevertheless agree on a departure between 9:30 am and 11:00 am depending on our availability. (Please note that we do not collect keys before 9:30 a.m.)
Late departures between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. will be charged 20€.
The tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over, unless it has already been paid online when booking. (Amount of tourist tax: €4 per person per day)
A deposit of €300 will be requested for any reservation via the Swikly application.
Subscription to resort liability insurance covering your stay is your responsibility. Failure to comply with this formality will result in the tenant's liability in the event of a claim and could in no way be the fault of the property manager.
. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional €30 be deducted from your deposit or paid on site.

. Only one set of keys will be provided
. The cleaning costs correspond to the cleaning of the accommodation after your departure at the end of your stay, if you want additional cleaning, please contact us in advance, we will charge this cleaning extra.
. In the event of an emergency requiring our intervention, we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
