You will particularly appreciate the balcony offering a magnificent view of the fishing port (opposite the apartment) and the Chaume.

One of the assets of the studio is its brightness. It is also very appreciated for its ideal location to spend beautiful vacations in the heart of Sables-d'Olonne:
- at the foot of the fish market to have fresh fish ;
- very close to the hypercenter (with its shops), the Remblai and the beach;
- 2 steps away from the Halles Centrales market, the train station and the shuttles to reach the authentic Chaume district, a perfect vacation spot to create many beautiful memories!
