Two houses in the heart of a working farm (cattle and sheep farming). They can accommodate 6 people and 2 people. The owners renovated the "family home" by boldly using color and combining contemporary elements with some antique touches.
Ground floor: large living room, open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. The "Charme et DĂ©tente" house, with its contemporary decor and furnishings, blends well with the charm of the stone wall in the living room.
Ground floor: Living room with sofa bed that can accommodate 1 to 2 people. Half level (2 steps): 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Electric heating for each house. Courtyard and enclosed green space.
ON SITE: Wellness area with a 5- to 6-person spa and terrace overlooking the Bourbonnais countryside. Games and relaxation room (American pool, table football, elliptical trainer). Outdoor ping-pong table and trampoline.
Possibility to visit the farm. St. Pourçain-sur-Sioule is 18 km away. Moulins is 25 km away. RCEA exit is 5 km away.
