Residence "Les Paradores", quiet and family residence, secure, with swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 30th), PinĂšde district 1 km from the Roquille beach, shops and the port, semi-detached villa (45 m2) with its private parking, comprising:
On the ground floor:
- entrance, living room and kitchen of more than 20 m2 with table and chairs, sofa bed in 160, flat screen television.
In the equipped kitchen:
dishwasher, electric hob, fridge - freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, electric coffee maker and "L'or" coffee maker (Nespresso compatible)
- shower room with bathtub, sink and furniture.
- Separate toilet with window
- a bedroom with cupboards and 140x190 bed
Upstairs, on the open mezzanine, 1 double bed 160x190.
1 baby bed.
In the veranda you will find a storage unit and an electric plancha.
Air conditioning.
Large parking space (it is possible to park two small cars).
Terrace at the back of the house (25 m2) with table, six chairs.
TV (French channels only).
Pets not allowed.
This accommodation is equipped with two ultrasonic anti-mosquito devices.
Utensils such as pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are available to travelers as well as duvets, pillows and cleaning supplies.
