Tastefully decorated in a Victorian style, the living room is an exuberant space that features comfortable sofas where you can relax, a TV and a dining table. The area has oversized windows that brighten the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, a single bed and a convertible sofa bed, respectively. All beds come with complimentary hotel quality for maximum comfort.

The bathrooms contain everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The property is opposite the Canal de l'Arsenal and the door leading to the canal's banks. From the apartment, you can see the boats. Along the channel, you can enjoy beautiful gardens with flowers. The banks of the canal leading to the banks of the Seine, and from there, you can reach the Ile Saint Louis in 5 minutes on foot, the Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame and also the Latin Quarter, which is close by. Very close to the Bastille Opera House and the green corridor leading to the Bois de Vincennes. The picturesque Marais district is close by, as are the Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou Centre. The 11th arrondissement is also very close and offers a lot of entertainment in the evening with many restaurants.

With the nearby Bastille station just a three-minute walk away, the area is easily accessible by public transport. The Sully - Morland station is just eight minutes away, while the Paris Gare de Lyon station is only 11 minutes away. For those looking to explore further afield, Gare du Nord is just 3.8 km away, and Saint-Lazare is 4.8 km away. Many transport options make it the perfect place to start your Parisian adventure.

There are many buses to Montparnasse, Saint Germain des Prés and the Opera, and the Bastille metro line makes it easy to get around.

Note: No parties or noisy evenings are allowed. Respect the co-owners who are very sensitive to noise, especially in the common areas.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Important note: Not advisable for people with limited mobility as the lift is not available.
