This very pretty studio on the 5th floor, with lift, is located in a residence 50 m from the beach with direct access, and 150 m from the shops.
It's made of :

- a kitchen equipped with: multi-function oven, fridge and ceramic hob
- a shower room with WC
- a very sunny balcony
Private parking space n°697.
Household linen (sheets, towels, tablecloths and tea towels) is not provided. Cleaning is to be carried out by you at the end of the stay.
An end-of-stay cleaning option is available for âŹ40.
