I'm committed to doing whatever I can to make your stay the best it can be. I absolutely love this city and would be delighted to share with you some of my favorite restaurants, museums, parks or attractions. I respect your privacy and will communicate as little or as much as you wish.
The home is less than a mile from shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores, in a quiet and friendly area to stroll on the neighborhood sidewalks.
Please do what you can to keep the number of vehicles parked at the home to fewer than 2. If additional parking is needed, please contact me so we can arrange a solution.
There is one off-street parking spots on a large, shared parking platform. There is also room on the street, and it's not a busy street at all, but please do your best to leave the street parking for our neighbors.

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. Weâve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Guests:
We want you to enjoy your vacation and time at our home to the maximum, but we do have to set some restrictions on visitor numbers for safety reasons. (Max occupancy is 4 guests.) As part of our vacation rental agreement, we require the names and details of each member of your traveling group.
Any additional overnight visitors (never to exceed the maximum of 4 total) must be approved in advance and are subject to daily fees up to $100 per guest per day.
Parties and Events:
Any unauthorized events or parties will be subject to a $2,000 fine and immediate removal. Parties and unauthorized gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our home. Any small gathering must comply with our other house rules regarding noise, the neighborhood and visitor numbers.
Pets:
Pets are welcome at our home! If youâre staying here with your furry friend, there are some things weâd like you to help us out with to ensure a smooth stay for everybody. We know you love your pet, but we ask that you please donât let them up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please ensure you clean up after your pet daily. Pets must not be outside of the house without a leash.
Noise and Neighbors:
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun during your vacation! However, weâd really appreciate if youâre mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours between 9PM and 8AM. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors and do our best to show it.
If any neighboring resident reports excessive noise or unruly behavior, we may have to evict you from our property and terminate the vacation rental agreement. This could result in loss of security deposit, rental amount and is subject to penalties. In case of any disputes or neighbor complaints, itâs your duty to notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
Cleanliness:
Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. This will make it much easier when check out time comes and our turnover team will be very appreciative.
The Home:
There are attached garages that are strictly off limits to guests. Laundry is available upon request.
Access:
Guests are to allow homeowner or service team access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The homeowner will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and advise beforehand where possible.
Supplies:
We provide the basics such as cooking oil, simple seasoning and some condiments. Additionally, coffee, basic cleaning supplies, toiletries and linens are provided. If any products or supplies are running low during your stay, please notify us so we can remedy this. To simplify the inventory process, please return any items to where you originally found them.
The Kitchen:
Please treat our kitchen with the love and respect you would your own to keep it in great condition for other guests. Please ventilate the kitchen after cooking anything that could leave behind a strong smell. Do not wash food remains down the drain, but rather throw any kitchen scraps into a trash bag and dispose of them properly.
Trash:
We like to do our bit for the environment and we ask that our guests do the same. There are a few containers outside for separating trash and recycling near the large house across the driveway. Please BAG AND TIE UP SAID BAGS before disposing garbage in the proper containers. Do not place loose trash in the large cans outside. Trash pickup is Tuesday morning. If youâre so inclined, please place BAGS at the curbside for pickup. City employees will not empty the cans for you.
Bathrooms:
Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a bin for this in the bathroom. When removing makeup, dye or lotion, please use the appropriate removal wipes provided and not our bath towels.
Parking:
We have plenty of off-street parking spaces on our property. This parking area is shared with our other home next door. If you are planning on having more than 2 VEHICLES, please let us know so we can help you make alternative arrangements. The garage is off limits for guests, and one space closest to the garage door is available for you. Park as close as you reasonably can to the garage door to save the other spaces for your neighbors. Please do all you can to leave the on-street parking for our neighbors who do not have their own parking areas.
Children: Parents must not leave children unattended at any time. Any guest injuries sustained inside or outside the home are not covered by our vacation rental insurance.
Smoking:
This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke, please can you do so outside, away from the house, and properly extinguish and dispose of your cigarette butts in the trash. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground. This is litter.
Damages:
In case of any accidental damage, weâll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be. Please inform us of any damages as soon as possible, including kitchen items and linens.
Checking Out:
Any time guests leave the vacation rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the house, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover period.
