2 BR, 2 BA Condo – Incredible Lake, Mountain Views – Sleeps 6!

Wow … just look at those views. It’s like bringing the splendor of mountains into your condo! Plus, Lake Forest Lakeside Condo is just a 5-minute drive from downtown Frisco with quick access to I-70 and all the surrounding ski resorts. Plus, the Summit County Rec Path is just across the road as well, offering abundant recreation opportunities in the summer months. This condo is a great choice!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo works perfectly for families and groups up to six. The living area boasts lots of natural light from large windows looking out to the lake and surrounding mountains. There’s plenty of seating to enjoy the view, as well as the large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and gas fireplace. Just off the living area, there’s a large deck for relaxing outside and taking in the views.

You’ll enjoy the full kitchen with all the gear needed to whip up great high-country meals, and there’s a dining table that seats six and room for two more at the counter. The Lake Forest complex also features community outdoor hot tubs and gas BBQ grills overlooking the lake.

Other amenities include two outdoor parking spaces, an in-unit washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Perfect for ski getaway

Very nice place

Very close to the lake. We did a little fishing nearby. It was also close to the Marina, restaurants, and small town shopping. It was a very nice place to stay.

Girls ski trip

We have stayed in these condos for 4 ski trips and we love the location , great views of the lake, the fireplace is cozy and the beds are comfortable , oh don’t forget the hot tub⛷⛷😎

Ski getaway

3 days in Frisco for the first ski experience out west for my son and his friend. Super clean, well appointed condo. Plenty of space. Views out the windows were amazing. About 4 minutes to the free shuttle to Copper and Breck. Just a little further to Main Street of Frisco. Hot tub just a few steps from the condo. Highly recommend.

Quiet and beautiful setting on Lake Dillon

Very well maintained and upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Lovely views and very nicely decorated. Management company was quickly responsive to queries. Be aware that when you book with Summit Mt Rentals and have paid the initial deposit, you will then be asked to agree to the terms of a lengthy legal form and to upload 2 photo IDs. Also, if you pay deposit by charge, the remaining balance requires that you pay the cost of charging or arrange direct pay from your bank. Communications from Summit are via text and links, including entry information and directions to the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the views of the mountains and Lake Dillon across from the condo. Would have liked having cable tv as we do not have streaming accounts. Beds were a little soft and the king bed was a little high to get into for a short person! Should have a foot stool to use. Short drive into town, Breckenridge is within 10 miles for a fun day of shopping. Overall, the condo was a great place to stay and we would stay here again! Summit Mountain Rentals were great to work with. They sent messages to see how everything was and if there was anything we needed. They always responded in a timely manner if we had any questions.

Nice Place!

As described, clean, well-appointed, great layout. Perfect for famiky ski vacation. Close to Breck and Keystone. Within commuting distance of Vail and Beaver Creek. Lots of great food stores nearby. Would definitely come back.

Semi-secluded getaway at Lake Dillon with easy access to Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail all within 30 minutes. Right across the street from bike path and just 5 minute drive to downtown Frisco!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The checkin process was easy (even after hours). They provided dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and even one laundry soap. The location is completely perfect in relation to at least 4 Ski Resorts being at most 25 minutes away and centrally located. The cute little town of Frisco was decorated nicely for the holidays. Not a large selection of restaurants but a fun small town atmosphere! Will definitely book here again if available!
