Perfect spot for a couple vacation

The cozy cottage was everything it was represented on Vrbo. Sam and his family were great at offering recommendations for meals and activities, as well as leaving you alone to relax and enjoy the place. Thank you for your hospitality!

Bigger than it looks

This stay was so perfect. It’s a pricier stay compared to other areas in the US, but an absolute steal during 4th of July week in Jackson Hole. Sam was a wonderful host and a super chill dude overall. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Property

The property is absolutely beautiful. Close to town and all that Jackson has to offer. Sam and his wife are so welcoming and gave great suggestions on places to bike and swim. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic lodging and location

This guesthouse was exactly what we were looking for. We hiked in the Grand Tetons and the location was excellent. About 30 min to the park. 10 minutes to downtown Jackson. The hot tub was so relaxing after a day of hiking. Hosts were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. Very clean and and a peaceful stay.

Trip to Yellowstone/Tetons

Great property and hosts. Nice location - near town but far from the crowds. Easy access to Yellowstone and the Tetons. Would definitely come back.

This has the potential to be a nice little place to stay, but our stay was not good. There were several issues we experienced:1. On the check in day, I never received any communication from the host to provide the door code and the booking said check in was 2pm but host stated it was 4pm which was an issue because we got there at 3pm but she was finishing up when we pulled up. 2. The door did not lock and we couldn’t leave so she had to come back and change the battery. 3. There was a dirty pot sitting in the sink full of dirty water and the faucet was hanging down almost in the pot and did not retract so it seemed broken. 4. There were absolutely NO eating utensils, not 1 fork, spoon or even a butter knife in the entire kitchen. There was 1 old steak knife just thrown in an empty drawer and all of the drawers were empty except 1 that had miscellaneous stuff in it. 5. There is a dishwasher but is not hooked up and doesn’t work. 6. We were provided wash cloths and towels but there were no hand towels to dry our hands and no foot towel in the bathroom. 7. The WORST issue is the tub was clogged so both of us had to shower as the dirty water gathered and covered our feet as we tried to wash which was disgusting.

A lovely small home located in the backyard of owner’s home. It was just right for an extended stay that included some sightseeing, R&R, and remote work. The hosts are lovely!

Amazing location and host

We had a great time. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. We had plenty of privacy. The house was just as pictured. It was great to have the view of the Tetons from the hot tub. The location was about 15 minutes away from town, which we thought was the perfect distance. We would definitely stay again.

What a gem!

This could be the best vacation choice in the entire Jackson Hole area--that's how impressed we were. Sam was a superb host in every way. This guest house offers complete privacy, unobstructed views of the Teton range, beautiful views out of every single window, and is located in a peaceful, pastoral neighborhood just minutes from town. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed rates 5 stars, there is a wonderful wood stove, and we loved having the convenience of the laundry room. Can't wait to return and would recommend in a heartbeat!

Great location, spacious and clean guest house!

My husband and I choose Wyoming to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was amazing! The Fitz’s are a lovely family, very friendly and helpful. The house is in a perfect location; close to Jackson and the Tetons. We traveled a couple of hours north to Yellowstone. We took the pass over to Idaho and viewed the Tetons from the other side. The house has so much room with plenty of storage to unpack and store our bags. The kitchen is fully stocked (note: the coffee maker is a drip kind) We would highly recommend this property for both the place and the hosts!! Enjoy!

Amazing retreat in Jackson

What an incredible stay we had at the Fitz's guest house in South Park, Jackson. The location is amazing. You have clear views of the Tetons from the deck of the guest house, be it having coffee at the outdoor table, or laying in the Jacuzzi. Even though it's technically a 'Guest House', it feels almost like it's own property due to the very large grass yard off the deck and proximity of the location of the two buildings. The area is incredibly peaceful; only birds and the occasional whinny of a horse can be heard at most times of the day. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable inside. The hosts themselves were very friendly and had lots of suggestions for things to do in the area --- especially if you're into outdoor activities. Thank you for a great rental we enjoyed it very much.

PERFECT GETAWAY

My Husband and I were thrilled when we arrived at the guesthouse. It was even better than the pictures and the views and privacy were spectacular. Everyone who visited with us could not believe how lucky we were to find such an exceptional rental. The Fitz Family were incredible hosts and were such a fun family to be around that we felt comfortable in their space. They respected our privacy and were happy to answer all questions we had. The cottage was extremely well equipped, clean and well furnished. We were only minutes from Jackson and all it has to offer. Our location was so quiet and peaceful to come home to after hiking, touring and biking. We truly did not need to leave our location to be entertained. The barbecue grill and hot tub made for a perfect private resort. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this cottage without reservation. Thank you to the Fitz's for the privilege of staying in your beautiful space. Susan and Glenn

Dream guest cottage south of town

We had the most incredible two weeks staying in this cottage. It was 3-4 of us total throughout the two weeks so we did utilize the pull out sofa for the kids. They include a mattress topper to make it comfy. The cottage was bigger than I expected with tons of storage space and kitchen was fully stocked. We actually cooked most of the week so that was nice to have everything we needed including a full spice cabinet. The bedroom bed was super comfortable and big tvs in both spaces. Bathroom was stocked with towels and shampoo, conditioner and soap bars. We loved both porches watching the kids play in the yard - the owners are incredibly generous and allowed my girls to enjoy their backyard space. They could not have been more friendly and accommodating and helpful. We loved the hot tub daily on cool evenings with the most incredible view of the Tetons (loved waking up to that every morning). And we loved the location south of town. Residential and quiet and we could easily pop into town (my girls did day camp at snow king). Our small pups loved the yard. It was truly a dream and my girls loved it so much they have already begged to come back next year. Don’t miss this precious gem. We miss it already!

Wishes come true

My husband and I couldn't have had a better place to stay. In the country but close to all sites. Looking at the beautiful Teton rite out our window was most beautiful. Our host couldn't have been better what a great family they have. Thankyou so much.

Cozy Jackson Hole home

This place is fabulous!! Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and the layout is very convenient and accommodating. The hot tub is wonderful with stunning views and beautiful star gazing. It’s just minutes from Downtown Jackson Hole! Sam is a wonderful responsive host!

Lovely stay

All the Comforts of Home

Sam and Marieka were charming hosts. Easy access to Grand Teton Park and the other sights we had on our radar. So nice to relax and recharge with the gorgeous scenery. Bird watching at the property was excellent - evening grosbeak and western tanager were spectacular. Kitchen was incredibly well appointed, although we preferred to sample the fare at the Jackson Hole restaurants - liked Trio, Local and Snake River Grill. Highly recommend and hope to book again

Stunning views & easy access

Sam & Marieka are fabulous hosts! They were easy to communicate with, when needed. The view of the Tetons from the deck and hot tub are some of our vacation highlights. The cabin provided all amenities needed to make our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to visit Jackson or the surrounding area.

Winter Break ‘22

Great guest quarters south of town in upscale residential horse property. Easy drive into town and Jackson Hole ski resort. Nordic and walking trails nearby. Hot tub and great views of the Tetons! Hope to do it again next year!
