Great Place!

The house was perfect! We have 3 teenage boys and it was the perfect stay for our fishing trip and family time. We will definitely book this property again on our next fishing trip! Thank you Thomas for being such a great host!

Perfect Getaway

We booked this property as a last-minute Anniversary trip, and it did NOT disappoint! It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. Having the boat launch on the property was what stood out for us the most when booking. The ease of access to the water when traveling somewhere is very nice!

Great place for a fishing weekend.

Right place to go fishing

Guys fishing trip

The fit all 5 guys easily with plenty of room. It was nice to use the boat ramp at the house and tie the boat up at night in the canal. The house had everything we needed. It was a great trip.

Great property, Easy Access

We were working in the area and this property provided everything we needed: easy access, tie off for our boat, solid internet, etc. Cleaning service was awesome as well. We would definitely book it again.

Hackberry Weekend

We had a absolutely great time. The property was better than advertised and pristine. We felt at home and relaxed. The boat launch was a added bonus. We (i) had a big laugh when my girlfriend closed the doors on the entertainment center and the gator heads were there. We will definitely be back. Thank you sooooo much.

100% Will Stay Again!

The property was beautifully setup. The location was perfect, super quick trip to the store in Hackberry from the house and not to far from Holly Beach. 10/10 will recommend this home to other friends who visit Hackberry.

Wright Place was "just right"

The camp was recently updated and had very nice amenities. The location on the water was very relaxing. Although we did not bring a boat, it had a perfect on-site launch and bulkhead. We have promised to make this a regular trip and hope to visit again soon. Thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation home.

Relax and Fish

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and furnished with all you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Communication with the owner was very helpful and efficient. We launched our 22’ boat and fished all day. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Girl's trip

We loved the enclosed front porch after the sun warmed up the room. We read and visited in there for hours. The beach was close by and quiet (Holly). In the other direction was Lake Charles with great food and a fun brewery (Crying Eagle). But the best was catching crabs for the first time ever and having then with dinner!

Thomas Wright är värd

We have owned this property since 2001. Our family enjoys the outdoors and it is only 30 minutes away from our home. We choose Hackberry for being close to home instead of driving 2 hours to Toledo Bend. It's weathered Hurricane Rita and Ike but Laura took its roof and we have remodeled the home. My wife and I are now both retired and still love this property and more important we have made so many friendships in the community.
