10 minutes to Perdido Key, with beautiful sandy beaches.

Nice place, needs a bit of landscaping

The house was nice, and my family enjoyed the property. The only downside was that the grass (weeds) around the driveway area was high, and my son almost stepped on a snake! With a wack of a weedeater, it would be perfect!

Perfect little get away

We booked at the last minute and didn't expect to find this cute little get away. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us with room for more. Neighbors are close but it was never an issue for us. Quiet lakeside getaway. Would recommend & stay here again.

Nice and hidden

It would've been a little nice if they had a awning or some kind of cover outside. It rained a lot during our stay and couldn't sit outside any where without getting soaked.

Family fun and peaceful retreat

We went to Pensacola for the kid's fall break at school. This turned out to be the perfect location for a long weekend getaway. The location is close to most everything a family would like to do and about 10 minutes away from Perdido Bay Beach. Stores and restaurants were close by. The kids loved fishing daily from the dock and feeding the turtles, ducks, and geese that would drop by. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. The next door neighbors were a delight, and added to the homey atmosphere. We definitely recommend and would return in the future. thank you for sharing your house with my family.

Sweet serenity

We had the most amazing 5 days!! The house was clean, cool and quiet. The neighbors next door were helpful and charming. The lake outside with the small fish provided restful evenings and delightful entertainment for my 3 yr old grand baby. The location was conveniently located to both Perdido Keys and Pensacola. Thankful and blessed you shared your home!

Perfect hide away

This is a great place to take the kids. Everything was provided. Even the fish. Our kids had the best time catch Blue Gills and Catfish. Thank you Mr. Rusty for a great experience.

Love it

Enjoyed our stay here. Rusty is very responsive and informative. The only down side was I didn't bring bug repellent lol. Overall, this is a nice place to just get away. Thank you for everything Rusty!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Rusty’s. it is clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. My kids loved fishing from the dock. I love sitting on the patio and just enjoying the view. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. It’s very convenient to the beach and shopping areas. We would book again.

This was a cute place on a private lake but also close to several beaches and popular attractions.

Cozy for your family and private. Quiet place to relax and rest. The basics were all included in the apartment. There needed to be window coverings in the bedrooms for privacy and most importantly to block the sun from waking us at 6 am each day. It would also be helpful to add a mirror in another location or in bedrooms to allow more than one person to get ready to go out. Only mirror in the entire place was a small medicine cabinet in the only bathroom. Also an address or sign closer to the street would help finding the location. We arrived in the dark and it was storming and could not see the property from the street. There was a private property sign when you turn into the house in front of the location (made it look like it was a private driveway) that made it hard to find.

Peaceful and Convenient to Perdido Key

Rusty was great. Concerned that we would enjoy his property but also to allow us privacy. Very nice little home. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it!
