This Great River Home is situated one row back from the River, in the upscale Palo Verde Neighborhood. It offers solitude while giving easy access to a Private Boat Ramp, (great on busy weekends when the public Launches are packed) and Private Beach. Only minutes away from the airport, and everything Bullhead City/Laughlin area has to offer.

Wonderful stay with the family!!

Home is so comfortable, perfect for a nice river trip. Love that it's dog friendly. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. Had an amazing stay!!

LOVELY LOCATION

This home is surrounded by a lovely green "retired" golf course that is well maintained, lots of beautiful trees and well kept homes. It's close to the main highway where you can get easy access to shopping, dining, etc. Kendra went out of her way to be accommodating.

Bullhead City

Initially we couldn't get into the property but we called and the owner was quick and efficient with responding and it only took a few seconds to get access into the property. The place is clean and week stocked. Very comfortable. The only problem we had was accessing there TV in the bedroom as it had parental controls set and no way to change that. We did not contact the owner with this since we could get full access to the TV in the living room. I really like this place and would stay again.

Home away from Home

Kendra is great. Our stay was great. We were able to do Thanksgiving with family and it was just like we were at home. Very peaceful, quiet and suoer clean. Definitely coming back here. Thanks Kendra for making the holiday possible with family!!!! Totally recommended stay.

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed here 6 nights between a move and even extended one night which was extremely easy to do since the property was available. The host provided early check in to accommodate us as well. The home was stocked with everything we needed and the location was perfect. Check in was so simple and we enjoyed our stay. Everything was awesome. If we ever need an in town place we would definitely go back! Thank you!

Clean Comfortable Convenient

Very nice place to stay very clean and in a safe neighborhood we loved seeing the quail out our back patio every morning furniture is clean and comfy air conditioner worked real well. Thank you Kendra for your quick responses and willingness to assist when needed will definitely stay sgain

Our second stay

This was our second stay and it was as enjoyable as the first. Great location in Bullhead City. The house is very comfortable and has pretty much everything you need. And our dog loved the Greenway!

we had an excellent experience... the area was nice. Close to Walmart and gas for the jet skies. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and has a nice kitchen with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, which I think is really important in a rental house. The private beach was small and a little hard to find, but it's really nice and in a good location. The property manager was very helpful when we couldn't find the beach, she called us back right away. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the house layout from the kids room that had toys in it to the kitchen with the bar area, finally the patio area was amazing with views of greenery. The access to the private sandy beach and private boat launch ramp made a huge difference on a crowded hot weekend at the river. This property is close to all sights and sounds and I must admit that this property is way better than staying at the casinos in Laughlin!
