It comprises a lovely 85 mÂČ living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, eight bathrooms and nine toilets. Sheets and towels are included, so all we need is you!

- A 30 mÂČ terrace in front of the bay window and under a shady arbour, equipped with small tables and garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in PontevĂšs, in a very pleasant setting for enjoying the peace and quiet of the historic village just a few minutes' walk away. You'll be able to sample the produce of the renowned winegrowing estates in the surrounding area, and visit a number of villages that have been classified as villages of character. Grocery shops, bread shops, bistros and restaurants (on site or to take away) are all close by.
