Our villa is located on the beachfront of Playa Las Ballenas, the best beach in Las Terrenas. Unlike most large villas you won't even need a car to get around unless you choose to. Swim in the ocean or lie on the beach and seconds later play in the pool chill in the garden. All just steps from a large terrace with seating and dining for 22 - 26 guests! See the spectacular sunsets from one of the decks or take a short beach walk to the bars and restaurants of Playa Las Ballenas, or downtown Las Terrenas. Lounge around on the beach with a cocktail or snorkel the coral reef just meters from the property. Our newly remodeled and expanded villa with flexible sleeping arrangements and multiple terraces has something for everyone.
The grand villa of over 5000 sq ft is located right next to the magnificent coconut tree lined 'Playa Las Ballenas' beach in Las Terrenas.
The house features 8 bedrooms, each with in-suite bathrooms, for a maximum of 22 adults, and if you need more space ask about the apartment that sleeps 4 more.

*1 bedroom with 1 king and 2 queen beds, ensuite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the ocean.
