Beach Block Three Bedroom Townhome

Brigantine North End Replenishment Update: In late summer of 2023, Brigantine extended the North end beaches. Property is steps from a freshly replenished beach for 2024 season. (See Pictures)

Welcome to this three bedroom Brigantine Island townhome. You have found the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Brigantine has to offer. Steps to the beach, this house offers three decks with Ocean views, an outdoor shower and garage.

For privacy, a bedroom is located on each of the three floors. Top floor master and first floor bedroom have full bathrooms.

If you like to relax after the beach and take in a game or movie, the second floor living room includes a 75 inch 4K TV and Bose surround sound system.

Pillows and blankets provided but linens are the responsibility of the of the tenant.

For the summer, Saturday to Saturday rentals are preferred. This can be flexible, send me a message before booking if you are looking to check in any day other than a Saturday.

PARTY AND NOISE DISCLAIMER:

Brigantine is not a party beach town. There's no boardwalk and very few bars. Most establishments are not open late, and the nights are quiet. If you are looking for a house to host a party or a place to cut loose & make some noise, this property is not a fit

Many of the neighbors live here full-time. All rules related to outdoor & indoor noise levels, quiet times, parking, & occupancy levels will be strictly enforced. Any violations of listing or city regulations may risk security deposit forfeiture. The City of Brigantine also does not tolerate party houses, illegal activities, or noise complaints. Brigantine Police have issued summons and fines in the past to renters AND homeowners!

It was a very nice place and great location

We had the best time and the place was so nice, and location only draw back was the beach. There was hardly any beach some days we were almost up against the rocks.

Great House in a Great Location

I would strongly recommend any family consider this property. The proximity to the beach and the amenities of the house made it such an incredible value. We had a great week and were incredibly happy with the communication from the home owner as well, thank you so much!

Accès rapide à la plage pour assister à des magnifie lever de soleil

La location fut un charme et nous avons communiquer facilement avec le proprio. Mike avait a notre disposition un cartable avec toute l informations nécessaire pour agrémenter notre séjour.L endroit étais propre et cuisine très fonctionnel et avons aussi apprécier l utilisation du BBQ qui étais situé dans la cour arrière .

Great Beach House!

My husband and I rented the house with one other couple. We also had our 18 month old daughter with us. The property owner messaged us before and during our stay to let us know we could contact him with any questions or issues. The information on the VRBO website was very clear and straightforward and the house was very comfortable and well stocked. The owner also left a binder with information about the house and the town which was helpful. The location was so convenient to the beach and it was nice of the owner to leave beach badges for us to use. It was great that each bedroom had a bathroom and plenty of privacy. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook our meals and a grocery store is only a few miles away. The living room had a nice tv and there were also nice balconies and deck areas to relax. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for our family!

Nicely laid out with bedroom and bathroom on each floor! Second and third floor have very nice front balconies. Third floor has LARGE deck at back of home for all to gather or to just sneak away with a book and a glass of wine! Central air was very comfortable. Appliances all worked great including NEW REFRIGERATOR! Access to garage to store bikes, beach cart and toys. Great home for us!

Great Home in a Great Location

This was a perfect spot to spend our first Brigantine trip as a family of three. Our host was proactive from the time of booking, sending us a welcome right after booking & then following up after our arrival to make sure everything was going smoothly. With the seawall just half a block away, the beach is exceedingly convenient and made for easy trips to and from the house throughout the day for lunch, bathroom breaks, snack refills, naps for baby and naps for the adults. The house itself is spacious & had everything we needed, including paper products, which was a pleasant surprise, and a wide selection of complimentary streaming services. Also, we had packed various kitchen items that we figured we would need based on other rental experiences, and it turned out we didn't need any of it this time around. A small, additional perk for families that like to cook. Like any South Jersey beach, make sure you get some Off! or Skin So Soft bug spray with picaridin (this is a battle-tested remedy over many, many years) just in case the greenheads are out in full force and especially if - like me - you're a walking homing beacon for bugs that bite. Overall ....10/10 - would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for a great week!

Great get away!

The property was clean and roomy. The bathrooms were very good size with the showers being tall enough to accommodate my 6'4" husband. They were also very clean with plenty of hot water! We had 6 adults that fit our group perfectly. Multiple decks with the rooftop being the most spacious. Half block to the beach! Our 1st time in Brigantine, what a lovely, clean & quaint town. Highly recommend this property.

Great Stay- perfect for all.

Great stay, short walk to beach that was never crowded and perfect for our family. We had age ranges from 1-68 and everyone had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone and multiple decks give plenty of opportunities to escape.

A nice beach week

We had a great time at this house. Plenty of room. The host was super responsive to our needs. As for the area, the beach is great and not crowded at all. Atlantic City is less than 15 min away but the town has a small town beach feel. The beach and area around the house does have green head biting flies. Make sure you have a good bug spray.

Perfect location

This house is perfectly located half a block from both the beach and the bay, and you can see both from the house. Sunrises and sunsets! Large comfortable and clean rooms, lots of balcony options with seating, and the laundry/mudroom right inside the entrance is very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need. The host was easy to work with and gets back to you quickly. I would definitely stay again!
