The Saint Fraimbault cottage is located in a peaceful, wooded setting in the heart of the Loir Valley, yet 35 minutes from Le Mans.
Immersed in lush greenery, guests can relax and enjoy the tranquility and peace of the setting. Housed in a detached house, the cottage is very well-equipped and offers every comfort. It features an entrance, a gate, private parking with a large shaded area, and a garage for motorcycles and bicycles. Garden furniture, a barbecue, and more.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, etc.). A large living room with a lounge and dining area, and a flat-screen TV. A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink, and washing machine. A separate toilet. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with two twin beds (80 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and one mezzanine with a sofa bed (140 cm wide) for two people.
High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi.
Bed linen and bathroom linen rental available at an additional cost: âŹ10/person.
A cleaning fee of âŹ70 is required for professionals.
Heating is an additional cost, mandatory from October 15th to April 15th: âŹ10/night. To be paid upon booking or upon arrival at the cottage.
Halfway between Tours and Le Mans, located in the Loir Valley, less than 10 km from the Bercé National Forest, you will find:
- 13 km from La Chartre-sur-le-Loir,
- 19 km from the Marçon water sports center,
- 15 km from the wine route,
- A few meters from the cottage, a hiking trail at the foot of the hamlet of Saint Fraimbault where you can visit one of the oldest chapels in Sarthe or pay a visit to Emeric, an ironworker.
