Beachfront Villa nestled 30 mts above the beach inside Villas Playa Maderas. We have fiber optics as good as any city in the world. A teak Villa that will exceed your expectations for the beauty of the setting and the quality of the craftsmanship. Best private pool in the area to enjoy the most amazing sunsets and wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean, including Maderas Rock. Surrounded by forest with direct beach access. An unforgettable place, 11 km from San Juan del Sur to relax.
You can enjoy many different spaces around the villa. It has a view of the bay from 2 different front terraces around the infinity pool, which has a waterfall. Take a dip in the private pool or use your own direct access to the beach to the surf side, with rustic restaurants to enjoy the original local style. To the left is a large shady and breezy outside terrace that serves as the main living area, also with a bar and grill. To the right of the entrance there is also an area for chairs. Therefore, you can tour the entire villa inside, and it is located high up with great privacy. Inside it has a fully equipped kitchen and a small living room with a TV.
This villa has been named the best beachfront villa on the entire coast and is a complete experience of views, nature and modern sustainability.
A complete experience of both views and nature, very private with 24 hours security and housekeeping, cooking personnel at your service on request. The staff can help you with the outside grill and kitchen.
We have an excelent fiber optic wifi for work remotly or study from home.

Playa Maderas is a social beach still with an original nicaraguan vibe. You can go to rustic restaurants on both sides - swim - surf - ride a horse - or just lay back and enjoy the sun. Neighbors work all together and you will get different experiences and special feeling of a cooperating community. Our villa is beachfront with the best location, in the edge of a forest with trails and howler monkeys.
