Property was great! The room we stayed in was great. Clean and well maintained. Description was accurate and the reviews didn’t lie to us. Would definitely make it a return destination. The only little thing I can add, is that while the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, it doesn’t have much else for cooking.

The view alone is worth it

Beautiful property and view. Clean unit with everything you need. Bed was comfortable and shower has good pressure. Location is nice. We would stay again.

Exactly as pictured/described.

I loved how close it was to walk to John’s Pass. We drove to Tampa, Clearwater, St Pete’s beach. Location was great. View from balcony and the living space was breath taking . Pool was working. Area is actively rebuilding which was nice to see. Would definitely stay again! Kitchen was supplied with anything you might need. Owner was very nice and available if needed (we didn’t . We also walked to the cafe on the corner. Nice area!

Beautiful Condo

Our condo very nice with all amenities that one could want or need. Very clean! There were books and puzzles for the not so sunny days. King size be very comfy and we are used to a tempurpedic! The pool was not yet open but they worked on it daily. The gulf was still available though!! Actually there were very few condo buildings that had pools open or were even being worked on. This facility as a whole has done an excellent recovery effort. Recovery throughout Madeira Beach was really exceptional for what they went through such a short time ago. Many restaurants are opening daily. Almost everything back open in John's Pass. Would definitely stay at this condo again!!

Fabulous Oceanside Condo

What a great place for a beach trip! The condo is right on the beach and six floors up for amazing beach, ocean, and sunset view. The condo is modern and supplied with everything you need. Host is wonderful and great to work with! Had a great time and would highly recommend!

Fantastic Condo, fantastic location

Fantastic location, right on the beach. Great sitting on the balcony watching the world go by, listening to the waves, watching the birds and dolphins, so peaceful. Easy walking distance of St John’s Pass, really good restaurants. Would definitely recommend, we miss it already.

First trip to the Gulf

Gulf Side Girls Trip

Our condo was just as represented....It was lovely, very clean, and right on the beach. We were looking for a place that was right on the beach and this place was perfect. Our host, Colleen, was very pleasant and helpful, checking in with us to make sure all was well shortly after our arrival. We did see dolphins as expected, but also had up close encounters with manatees while in the water! The ability to park under the building out of the sun was an extra added bonus as well. We are already thinking about another visit before the year is over. Thank you Miss Colleen for sharing your beach home with us...it was a perfect week in paradise!

Great Place!

The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and the location was fantastic. We specifically wanted a place that overlooked the water and the views did not disappoint. The pool area was also very nice. The only issue we encountered was the elevator which went through a major repair for two days while we were there. However, our host was very gracious about the situation and once it was repaired, there were no issues. I highly recommend this condo and host!

Perfect condo on beautiful Madeira Beach

My husband and I spent the holidays in this perfect condo on beautiful Madeira Beach.The condo was everything we could have wanted. It was absolutely spotless, tastefully decorated, and well-supplied with all that we needed to enjoy ourselves, including every kitchen amenity you can think of. The view from the balcony was amazing! The location was perfect, with easy access to John's Pass (walking distance!) and all it has to offer. With this delightful condo as home base, we enjoyed Madeira Beach as well as St. Pete's so very much! We will be back!

Amazing and Relaxing 9 nights

Had an amazing 9 nights in this unit. The pictures are exactly what the unit is and everything we needed was supplied. Honestly don’t think there was one thing it was missing. It has an amazing view of the gulf with a very large balcony. Everything seemed to be recently painted along with the outside of the entire building. The entire building/property is very clean. The extra items that are supplied like beach chairs, umbrella, towels etc. are wonderful and in excellent condition. We enjoyed the large hot tub and pool and the many walks on the beach. John’s Pass is an easy walk, We made lots of memories during our stay and would definitely not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Great place on the beach

This condo was great!! It had everything that you needed, it was roomy and comfortable, by far one of the largest one bedroom units we have ever stayed in. It was as the pictures and descriptions described. Location was great, you could walk down the beach (1/2 mile) and end up at all of the shops and restaurant.

Very nice views and condo. Comfy bed and furnishings. Would have liked a bath product other than the very inexpensive and very small bar of soap. A few more amenities would have been appreciated for the price. Towels decent.

Perfect getaway

The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We enjoyed the location, right on a gorgeous beach, close to John's pass, Shell key preserve, and everything we wanted and needed. We had our small wedding just down the beach path next door and will definitely be back to reminisce and relax here again soon. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely condo.
