Ski Trip 2023

Overall our stay was amazing. We all enjoy the location. Check in/check out process couldn't be easier. With that said, this was our second stay that the elevator was out of order. For the price we pay per night I find it extremely unacceptable that repairs can not be made in a timely manner. We have stayed on the 3rd floor each time. Carrying luggage, having groceries delivered and simply going in/out to ski is a challenge that could be eliminated by a functioning elevator. This will definitely be a consideration in years to come for booking for our group.

This unit was perfect for our family of 8. It was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Almost Perfect

this property is great. beautiful building & great location but we had a few minor issues: (1) they only gave us 2 key cards when we checked in & we had 8 people. A key card is needed to get into the building…you can imagine w 8 people skiing separately or not necessarily all together, how problematic that can be. We ended up getting more cards after checkin but it would be nice if they asked how many cards you would need prior to checkin…or if it wasn’t necessary to enter the building w a card, 2 would’ve been fine. (2)main TV had issues (wasn’t working), dishwasher didn’t clean very well & (3) master suite has a floor heater that when kicks on, makes an awful noise. Kept waking us up all throughout the night. (4) Also, the Elevator is PAINFULLY SLOW! Other than that, the place was great. Loved the pool/hot tub. Location is great. Ski lockers are always a nice bonus. Lobby was beautiful; complimentary hot chocolate was a really nice treat! Everything was very clean & well maintained throughout the building.
